Sperm do NOT leak out. Semen, the fluid the sperm are ejaculated out of the penis in...comes out but the sperm have already swum up into your womb looking for an egg to fertilize. Everyone in the world has this 'leaking' thing happen to them...everyone! And millions of babies are conceived every day. You don't necessarily get pregnant every time you have sex when you are ovulating so relax and don't stress. The more you worry about it the harder it could be to fall pregnant. Believe me...sperm do NOT leak out! I am on my 6th pregnancy and my husbands semen leaks everytime but the sperm get to where they are supposed to go!!! Good luck.

It is quite normal for the semen (sperms) to come out after intercourse. If you are keen on a pregnancy then make sure you lay down with a pillow under the hips for 15 - 20 minutes after intercourse, but i don't know that sperms keep coming out 4 the whole day is normal, if its irritating and smelly go to the doctor as soon as possible, it might be the infection and it can cause more problems.
Just don't take so much stress and visit the doctor.
Best of luck

After having, or even while having intercourse, place a pillow....covered with a towel ;-) under your hips and bottom. This will help to elevate your pubic area and help to keep the semen where it needs to be.
