okay now that i know that pms means pre menstrual syndrome well what does that actually means and what's the cause and i just read one of my answers on ovulating i just ask when your on clomid and when your period comes on does it always means you ovulated and someone said that she always believe that if your period comes on your ovulate is it true well my opinion is no cause when i was having my period i couldn't of beening ovulating cause i just found out in dec that i wasnt ovulating and my period was coming on maybe the last times was in october and in dec i found out an i had to lose weight and now i did and it came on last month for 3 weeks so does that mean i ovulated oh yeah i had sex right after i went off the next day so what do you think and yes ive seen white mucus maybe once or twice.

White mucus is not fertile--fertile quality mucus is like raw eggwhites.
As for using clomid and getting a period, yes, this does indicate ovulation. There are no guarantees with ovulation or fertility so unless your doctor was closely monitoring you there is no way to know for sure. But your period is the direct result of ovulation so it stands to reason that yes, if you take clomid and get a period in a normal amount of time, then you did indeed ovulate.
Irregular cycles can be from anovulatory cycles but if the clomid period was on time and of regular flow then you almost definantly ovulated!

NO, NO, NO. Just because you are having your periods does not mean that you are ovulating. If you are having your periods on a regular basis, then yes you are ovulating. If you are having your periods irregular and long time in between then NO you probably are not ovulating.
People you need to get your information right before you answer people's questions.
