I am 12 wks, haven't gained a single pound yet but for some reason I went up about 2 pant sizes! It looks and feels like I am really bloated. What could this be that is making me LOOK bigger but not gain weight? I mean both water and fat have to weigh something right?

I am due next monday. i havent had a bloody show, and i dont think i have had any contractions (this is my 1st so am unsure about a few things) but my bump keeps goin really hard. sometimes for a few minutes. it doest hurt and is not regular or anything, it is just uncomfortable. it is like a balloon being blown up inside my bump and then being let down again. does anyone know what this is, and how long -possibly- it might be until i go into labour????

I'm about 5 months and this is my 2nd child, I was told not to pick up my 2 year old or to do a lot of things that require bending down. Is there anything wrong with picking her up or lifting light loads of laundry or cleaning out the tub?

I got a football kicked very hard at my stomach to day at school it dinner time after that at 100pm the pains in my side and stomach got a lot worse and in the middle of my lesson from 100pm to 200pm I had to go to the toilet to be sick and there was a spots of blood in my sick and I don’t know what do and why there was there blood in my sick any ways.
PS if anyone has any ideas on how to tell my mam and dad plz let me know.

well my daughter will be induced TODAY at a diffrent hospital than my local area because of 2 congential heart defects, and ive been going to columbus ohio for my ultrasounds because of her condition, but my ob doctor calls me and says ive had no ultrasounds and that i need to see my doctor..... this is soo aggervating... what can i do about this... im being induced today so if anythings wrong its too late now... HELP

I am currently on Zantac 150 for some stomach problems, and I am also on Amoxicillen for an ear infection. Do these medications interfear with my YAZ BC?!?! And make it easier for me to get pregnant? I'm on my 4th week of YAZ and have been take Amox. for 2 weeks. And Zantac for 2 months...

I'm seeing a lot of pimples develop on my face after I had sex with my husband who ejaculated in me during my most fertile time of the month.

The pimples are on nose (which I normally get) and on chin (which I hardly get this badly).

I usually don't get severe nose pimples until I'm a little under a week until my period, but this is coming 2 weeks before.

Also, every other day since the beginning of last week (my most fertile week in which we had sex twice during) I've been having mid to lower back aches everyother night (either after work. I work retail &do stock sometimes (not a lot of stock tough) or when I'm just laying on my couch).

It's not hurting right now, but everyother night is when my back it hurts.

My husband wants a child & I'm in the mood to where I believe "if the time comes, then it's ment to be..the good Lord will let us know when it's time". Basically, I'm ready for it whenever it happens.

So could I possibly pregnant? Other signs to look for?

My mom was trying to talk me out of getting an epidural, she has had it before and says that it hurts more then going "natural". does anyone else have any opinions? I am a complete wimp and I have a very low pain tolerance...and as scared as I am of labor, the thought of sticking a 6' long needle in my back isn't much better...

and she tells me she is very fertile because she has one kid and was pregnant after that but lost the baby. its been about a week since her period ended so does that mean theres a good chance shes pregnant?

I'm about 6-7 weeks pregnant (had irregular periods, not sure of ovulation date) The pregnancy has been confirmed through blood tests and sonograms, however they gave me my first prenatal appt. in December, i'll be 9 or 10 weeks! Until then I wanted to start taking some vitamins.. any suggestions of over the counter vitamins I can get until then?? Thanks!

our baby died inside of me when it was only 10weeks we found out at our 12wks scan on the 22/11/07. i had a d&c on the 23/11/07 we wre told we can start trying for another baby when iv'e had my next first period in between 4-6wks. if we make love before then can i still get pregnant??? and if i do get pregnant before my first period would this cause any problems to our baby if we concived?? if so then what would be the risks ????? please give us some advice or any web site contacts that you know of that may be able to help us. x x x

Am almost 28 weeks pregnant and for the past week have been finding it really hard to breathe - not just when active, even when I am just sitting down watching TV. Lying down doesn't always alleviate the feeling and it can be quite scary when it goes on for the better part of an hour. It causes dizziness if I am standing and I have nearly passed out several times. I have three small children and worry that if I do actually collapse something bad could happen to them.

I took two hpt's last Monday, both were dark positive lines...Tuesday I took another with first morning urine and it was really positive as well. Well, my mom works at a family practice doctor and took a specimen on Wednesday morning and it was positive too. My question...Is there something wrong, because I haven't experienced any "morning sickness". I am guessing that I am about 6 weeks preggo, because my LMP was October 14th. Any advice would be helpful. Also, I have my first OB/GYN appointment on Dec. 5th.

We had our first baby through scissarian and as a common point of view if one gets her first baby through scissarian on the next baby she "have to" go thourgh the same procedure of scissarian. Now we are expecting our new baby but we are really affraid of going through that same procedure please help us out of this. Thanks
