TELL THEM ASAP! I kid you not. It's very bad. Something could be wrong. Go to the ER now! If there's blood after a blow like that, that could mean something is very wrong.

Good luck!!

You must tell your parents, and do it now. You need to see a doctor right away.

Not knowing your parents, I don't know how you should approach them. But I can tell you this: they should find out from you, not from someone else. My son didn't tell me. I got a very nasty phone call from the girl's best friend. It would have been so much better if he's just told me himself.

This is the time for you to grow up. Your baby has to come first now. Do the right thing.

This girl is doing everything she can to miscarry. STOP answering her questions. Obviously she's never gonna tell her parents she's pregnant and will end up aborting by having people punch her in the stomach or will have the baby and leave it in a dumpster somewhere. She needs to tell her parents NOW, she doesn't know how far along she is, she hasn't been to the doctor, come on. What's wrong with this?

Yes it can harm you. It could have torn the placenta away from the wall of your uterus. This will deprive the baby of nutrients and oxygen. It is a very serious condition. Call your parents and tell them, then head to your doctor's office.

If its a good baby nothing will occur from this. Babies are well protected by their placental sack and amniotic fluid.

You however could be not well and possibly could have internal bleeding. You need to see a doctor if you are worried.
