Pimples do occur when you are pregnant but they also come when you are premenstrual, eat junk, or dont wash enough.. Its hard to say you are pregnant just because of that and a back ache, but both could be signs. I would look for a missed period, tender breast, nausea, fatigue, and go from there. Obviously if you miss a period and you are regular you should test, sadly it is hard to decipher between our menstrual signs and pregnancy signs, they are so similar. Good luck to you and as you said, the good lord will give you it when it is time.

Of course, if you're a normal female and he's got a normal sperm count. It's very possible.
My first symptoms were that I was exhausted. I fell asleep right after supper. On my second child, I opened a can of peas to serve for dinner and all of the sudden I had to throw up. I gagged, etc. but never really vomited. But I knew.
Acne problems:
My sister, who practices Chinese Xi medicine, gave me this exercise to do, and I make my son use it (he's 17). If he does it for a couple of hours, his face is like a baby's behind the next day.
First, remove all metal (it blocks energy flow).
Get comfortable on the sofa with lots of pillows. Watching TV is okay. Put your left palm on your right calf. Arrange the pillows so you are as comfortable as possible. Do the right palm and left calf. Relax. This is the key. The method works best when you relax. Just sit there and watch TV for a while and then do it again later, the next day, whatever. Soon you'll see great results.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

nausea & vomiting
Breast Tenderness
Breasts may be very tender, swollen and start to enlarge. Many times the veins within the breast will become more visible. Your nipples may start to darken in color, become more erect and be extremely sensitive. These symptoms are due to increasing amount of HCG hormone that begins at implantation. this is what a pregnancy test works on so every 48 hours when this increases the test becomes more reliable.
Frequent Urination
Feeling Tired / Sluggish
Light Bleeding
Light bleeding (spotting) may occur approximately 8 - 10
Dizziness and/or Fainting
Constipation
Irritability
Heartburn
Cramping
darkening of the areolas,
some of these can all be symptoms you may experience. do a test when your period is due... bad skin can be due to hormones but then again i am 9 weeks preg 2day and my skin has just errupted, its horrible... good luck xxx chances are you could be due to unprotected sex and time of sex xxx

RE:
Pregnant? Pimples before Period?
I'm seeing a lot of pimples develop on my face after I had sex with my husband who ejaculated in me during my most fertile time of the month.
The pimples are on nose (which I normally get) and on chin (which I hardly get this badly).
I usually don't get severe nose pimples until...

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria. https://tr.im/bc9db comes with full customer satisfaction.
In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

I don't think the back aches are a sign of pregnancy. I work in retail as well as an associate and my back hurts a lot after a twelve hour day of standing on my feet. If you are breaking out more than usual, it could be stress. As of now and with the information you've given us, I would say that it's too early to tell.
