Pregnancy - August 2007

It's funny how everyone on here thinks it's against the law to offer a home for a baby when a teenager is hiding her pregnancy from her family and friends in order to dispose of said baby in a trash can or to smother it to death. It shows the real hypocrisy of this nation. We advocate abandoning the baby at a hospital or a fire station, but when a loving person comes forward and offers to provide a loving home we in mass jump down their throats and comdemn them as a criminal. Talk about hyprocrisy. Doesn't a mother of an unborn child have the right to chose who becomes the parent of her baby or do we live in such a fascist world that we as a government entity think we know better than the parent who has carried said infant for nine months. As usual the people on this forum show their ignorance and government biases. As a parent myself I would prefer to know who is raising my child and know that that home is not only a loving and nuturing home but will provide the best care.

is it normal? my stomach is sticking out from center & look like i gain alot weight. when i walk around my stomach jiggles, could that hurt my baby?
sometimes i feel like a pulse/ heart beat on my stomach, what could that be? coz my stomach makes noise like i'm hungry when i'm not & around different areas, normal or not?

ok i kinda kno the answer to that one.i know sperm dies as soon as it is exposed to air till 3 hours after being exposed to air.but i cant help freaking out.

on august 7 i was giving my fiance a brief hand job....my hand got soaked with pre-***.i tried not to touch anything with my hand till i washed it off.i didnt get a chance to wash my hand till an hour later.but i washed my hand with ALOT of soap and hot water.

an hour later i was changing and i touched my vagina.i know the chances of gettin pregnant is pretty low but i was ovulating at the time.my period is due anytime from the 16-19th of august.

i urinate ALOT and i do have have gas.those r the 2 syptoms.can someone please tell me that im being insane and assure me that there'snothing to worry about.

Hi!
We want to get married but I am pregnant. With that, it is very inconvenient to have a reception, plus my father most likely will not be able to attend since he is out of country anyways.

I was thinking if it is ok to have the actual ceremony in 2008...hm during winter? That way baby will be almost 1 year old.....
What do you think?

If your at planned parenthood? I'm 14 so does that mean I have to have an adult? How long does it take? Yes the sex was protected and if your pro life don't answer. If you are against abortions don't get one.

Lately my period comes but only lasts for 2 days if that. I've gained some weight and am very tired, I was wondering if it's possible to still get your period when your pregnant. I also plan on getting a test soon.

on sunday 2 weeks ago i had sex with my partner and i had spotting on the wednesday, but now i have nothing at all and i am over 2 weeks due. Hi everyone,

I am pregnant for the second time; I had a miscarriage about 6 months ago at 5 weeks and a couple of days. I had, as I recall, bright red spotting that turned into a heavy flow.

I have been spotting, for over a day now, light brown. It was 4 drops on my underwear, then just sometimes when I wipe.

I know it could be a missed miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy, and today I've been very depressed, tired, and lethargic. It seems I still have pregnancy symptoms (the sore boobs, at least, and maybe increased sense of smell). I'm making an appointment with the doctor tomorrow.

I need women who have had light brown spotting with no pain or cramps at about 5 weeks to reassure me that their pregnancies ended up going just fine and they had a healthy baby or babies- and what the doctor said the spotting was due to.

I'm very happy about this pregnancy and my fiance has become so, too. Please help! I just need possible good news right now.

My best friend just had an abortion today, 9 1/2 weeks into it. I am already a pro-life person, and for my best friend to have one really hurt me, but she's still my best friend and I don't hate her for it, but I am sitting here crying for her baby that she just aborted, and I don't know how to deal with it. I have heat rash all over my arms and legs and belly. I read in "What to Expect When You're Expecting" that it is really common to get heat rash when your pregnant but it gives NO suggestions. The pharmacist said I cant take Benadryl...any suggestions to make the itchiness and redness go away safely? I am itching like crazy!! And it looks soooo icky! Thanks!

i bought a pregnancy test from boots (it had two tests in) i did the first test which was negative but still i have not had a period so i did the other first thing this mornin however i could already see the negative line very faintly before i even did anythin with it so i know i prob sound stupid but cud this ave given a wrong result as i still used it and it said negative still. (i am 12 days late and ave pregnancy symptoms, n b4 ppl say i have not done anythin that wud delay my period part from sex lol and i am not stressed.)

got extreme back ache which is traveling down my leg a bit also been having some really sore lower abdominal pain could these be contractions? they dont feel like they are few mins apart it feels constant just sometimes a bit more painful than before its been a bit worse since last night could this mean its possibly contractions .u think i should leave it and see if it gets worse or not or call the hospital reason why i havent already because i have my gran staying who is a retired midwife so if i go into labor here i wouldnt have 2 worry much but yea could it possible be i am going into labor or not there has been some pressure down in that area for over a week now which i was told is from him getting into position

one august 9th it said positive is there any way i could still be pregnant from june even though i have taken two test since june both negitive was late on july period but still had it full 5 days as normally for me but took on the ninth of aust and it said positive that sounds like it happened after june can some on help me?
