The ankle warmers are probably inevidable when nursing. If not going to nurse make sure you wear bras that fit properly and wear them all the time, bed too.The best excercise while pregnant is walking. Don't stress too much, your body is going to store fat while you are pregnant.

Hi,
Walking, swimming, cycling and even dancing are all good.
Just remember though, if you get out of breath, the baby is also being starved of oxygen.
Riding and skiiing however are definitely to be avoided.

I run long distances up to 6 months and went swimming too. I did not gain much weight at all, but I did not overdoo too. Good luck!

yeah, my mum did swimming when she was pregnent. i also hear that just generally gym machines are as good.
