First of all, you don't. Trust me, when you are pregnant and the one feeling like vomiting, you feel a whole lot better when you do actually do it. But. . .if you are meaning medication or remedies, well they have prescription medications that the doctor can give if a woman is having a hard time keeping ANYTHING down.

You can vomit less by eating small, regularly spaced meals, and a snack a couple of hours before you get out of bed in the morning. I had really really bad morning sickness, and was doing good just to be able not to vomit on people, although I did get a guy at work on the shoes a few months ago! I know it sucks, but it usually passes, and you may have some funny stories later.

Hello, saltines is a good idea. I used to keep them by the bed so I could eat some before I even go up in the morning. Believe it or not Vernors or Ginger Ale sometimes helps. Avoid anything that makes you nauseous.

If it's severe the Doc will prescribe medicine for you. I had to take it with my son. I was so sick I lost 12 pounds in the first trimester. The medicine kept me from vomitting but I was still nauseous.

Avoid acidic drinks like O.J. on an empty stomache. Your doc might have some other good suggestions or solutions. Good luck to you!

Occasional vomitting during pregnancy is obviously very normal. However, if it is excessive talk to your dr. It could be something called Hyperemesis, which is basically when you can't keep anything down. They can prescribes meds such as Zofran or Phenegran and you might even have to be put into the hospital for fluids if you are dehydrated. So if your throwing up a couple times a day you can try crackers or talk to your dr. at your next visit about other options. However, if you can't keep anything down at all, I suggest you call the dr. for a work in appt.

On top of eating smaller meals, and just trying different things like what makes you sick. Try laying around for about ten minutes when you first wake up instead of jumping out of bed and starting your day. Your body has alot going on, so wake up lay around for a few minutes, try that also after you eat! Just give your body the chance to realize you want it to wake up, let your food digest a little if you have just eaten, and be aware of the foods that tend to make you sick!

saltine crackers and dry toast work well, also try eating small portions throughout the day rather than waiting for big meals with my first daughter i had morning sickness for 8 of the 9 months with my other daughter and son i only had it for the first trimester

for me eating small snacks helped a lot...I always kept saltines and ginger cookies with me...the ginger helped a lot. I also found Gatorade helped...I would buy the powder mix and make it a bit weak and it helped me a lot.

Good luck...if it gets really bad call your doctor...they can give you medication to help...a lot will not offer it...but if you are losing weight and cannot function demand your doctor help you. My friend had to do that with hers.

Unfortunatley if you are refering to morning sickness there is no complete control for it. You can try avoiding certain foods, smells, places that make you nauseous but other then that you probably gonna just have to stick it out.
