I just found out I was pregnant the other day.. and a week ago me and my husband were painting and varnishing a room in our house..I've read so much about paint and things hurting the baby.. we had all the doors and windows open... is it going to harm my baby???! I'm so worried.. my doctors appoitment isn't until tomorrow so I need a little reasurrance now!

hi i am 35weeks pregnant with spd which is where the pelvis tissue softens for those who dont know about it anyways my pelvis is starting2 get worse now but main problem is am gettin a load of pain in my thighs and its so sore feels like i have pulled a muslce or something anyways the only thing i was told 2 use is deep heat(cream that heats up when applied 2 relax the muscle) but i dont find it helps that much i am going 2 phone the physio therapist person this week but is there anyone with anything that could help me in the main time I CANT TAKE BATHS cause they make me feel ill when i do

let me rephrase.

how many women here have taken home tests that have came back negative, but a blood test came back positive? i'm really curious. i've taken two tests already, both negative, but i haven't had my period for over 2 months. i never skip.

i almost have a feeling i did the test wrong, but thats not possible?

i don't understand why people go to get abortions. why can't they have the baby then give the baby up for adoption? why kill a baby? if you don't want kids then don't sex. i understand if you where raped but you can give the baby up!! i wait to know what you think of abortion. thanks

They found out through my myspace, where I had been posting ultrasound pics and updates. Now they messaged me wanting to meet me and their granddaughter when she is born. My boyfriend isn't close at all with his parents. How do I tell him about their request? I am sure they feel hurt that he hid it from them all this time. Ideas?

i recently gave birth( 3 1/2 weeks ago), i got an apiziatomy(spelled right?), ever since i gave birth my clitorious area has been extremely sensitive to any kind of touch, and it hurt when touched. its realy sensitive now and it never used to be like that.. why is this? is there anything i can do to make it stop, or something?

I had sex while ovulating several times, and I feel like somewhat pregnant such as boob aching and they are getting larger. But I started my period 6 days late. I do not think it was a real period because usually my period last about 7-8 days and this one lasted only about 2 with a little bit of spotting afterwards. What do you think? pregnant or not pregnant?

Yesterday I was cleaning and bent over to pick something up and felt a sort of popping in my left side, It didnt work, just startled me a bit. Could i have hurt my baby? I mean I felt her moving around alot the night before last and last night didnt really feel that much of anything, just a few movements... I'm just worried plz help, my mom said I'm freaking out over nothing...and I'm going to call the doc tomorrow,I just want some peace of mind..

Well hello i am currently 23 weeks pregnant and i had a u/s when i was 21 weeks and the baby was being really shy and could not see anything! and to top it off the tech was being an ***! well i recently went in for my 22 week appt and the doctor said everything looked fine! but the problem is i really really want to know the sex of the baby! and i have no money to go to and have done a 3d/4d u/s! and i was wondering i have been having some light cramping can i go to the hospital and see if they will give me an u/s i know i may sound selfish right now but i really want to know!!! it's killing me!!! what do you think i could say that is going on with me to for sure get an u/s at the hospital?ONLY NICE ANSWERS PLEASE!

I AM ALMOST 19 WEEKS PREGNANT( ON TUESDAY), I HAVE A MARGINAL PLACENTA PREVIA. I HAVE THREE KIDS AND HAVE HAD TWO MISCARRIAGES SINCE DECEMBER. THE DR. I was doing OK with my pregnancy, but my fiance jokes so much about delivery that it makes me so scared. I am only 14 weeks along, but this already affects me in a bad way.

He is taking an EMT course and tells me how disgusting the process is, that all newborns are ugly, that my body will never be the same. Mostly he jokes about my genitalia, telling I should get a C-section. Then he tells me about complications... etc.
When I tell him that I am scared, he jokes saying maybe you should have gotten an abortion.

I know that he is joking and trying to be a pain. I know that delivery is hard and anything is possible, but when I have my baby, I do not want to think that my husbands is disgusted by us. I just won't be able to have him in delivery room and I am not sure if I want him in the hospital at all.

This is a big joke for him. How do I ignore him and have a healthy pregnancy?

What are some of the most embarrassing, weird, crazy, nasty, things that went on during your pregnancy that you never expected?

Before I became pregnant it as not nomral for me to go #2 everyday. Now after that I became pregnant (1st trimester) I find myself being incredibley gassy and going #2 at least once per day if not too. Some of the stools are loose or soft and very warm. kind of like that sore bum feeling you get when you have diahereah. I have yet to see any morning sickeness. Is it going down rather than up?

I am a fraternal twin and my husband is also a fraternal twin. He also has 2 brothers who are identical twins. Twins do not run in my family. My brother and i are the only twins in the family. But twins do run in my husbands family. I have heard that only fraternal twins are genetic and it only depends on the womans side. So I am guessing it would not matter if twins run in my husbands family. Even though twins do not run in my family am I more like to have a twin just because i am one?

P.S. honestly I realy do not want to have twins
