The first sign that your pregnant is a missed period.
You need to wait and see if you miss your period.
Don't start to think your pregnant until your at least 7 days late.
The next thing to do is go and get a home pregnancy test when your 7 days late for your period.
Pregnancy symptoms don't tend to start until your around 2-3 weeks late for your period.
Morning sickness starts when your around 2-6 weeks passed when your period was due.
A pregnancy symptom that you notice pretty quickly is your breast will become extremly sore. They hurt to the touch.

I had a yeast infection and I NEVER get them. I went to get some stuff to clear it up and in the directions it said something about being pregnant. And I started doing the math in my head about when I had sex and when my period was due...and so I also bought a pregnancy test along with the yeast infection cream. Took it with my husband in the bathroom, and it said I was pregnant.
All the other symptoms came soon after.

The first sign would be missing a menstrual period, sometimes breast tenderness, later it might be morning sickness but some people never get sick. If you have a small frame or are very thin you may start to show around 3 months, if you are overweight or have a large frame it could be much later.

The reason I knew I was pregnant, which is kinda weird, is because my entire body was sore. Literally like I worked put for a good 4 hours but I hadn't done anything. It was weird. Other than that I had no other symptoms up until I was 9 weeks pregnant, which was nausea and headaches :/

My boobs and nipples hurt really badly when i first get pregnant. I also get VERY VERY tired.
These are my very first symptoms of pregnancy- usually in the first or second week after conception.

I had to pee alot more than usual... that was my first sign with my youngest, but with the older two I didn't really notice the frequency until later on. I would say your first missed period would be the biggest first sign.

I felt cramps the first WEEK. I thought it was my period, but it was actually the egg attaching to my wall and burying in.
