I had unprotected sex 3 days ago currently i am worried not sure if i was ovulating? my last period was april 11th ish but i have never really kept track of my cycles . I read the position most likley to get you pregnant is missonary. Is their less of a chance of pregnancy if you do sideways at the end doggie mid way and only missionary at the begining of sex?

My nieghbor and friend who is 18 took 2 pregnancy tests. 1 came up positive(1st one) the other came up negative. I told her that she should see the doctor to make sure and offered to drive her and go in with her. She swears that the 2nd test is right and refuses to go to the doctor. She is scared that the baby is not her boyfriend's but her ex boyfriend's and that the current one will leave her even though she is still in love with the ex and she knows he will be there for her and the other(new one) wont be.(hope that made sense!) What would be the best advice to give her now?

I work for a top hotel and since i told them i was pregnant my work load has increased and my hours changed to unsuitable hours(12 till 8 30pm) Today im working from 5 30am till 3 30pm without a break why are they doing this to me im 12 weeks pregnant and not coping. please help me.

Hi there, I had a miscarriage at the beginning of February and was in quite a bad way. I was given the all clear at the end of March and I'm now a week late...
I took a test on Monday and it was positive, but then took two on Tuesday which were negative. I've since done another 5 and they are all positive......but I don't understand why two were negative so I daren't get my hopes up. I've no other signs other than no period.....anyone else ever experienced this?

i am 12 weeks pregnant with my fourth child, earlier today i started having a clear sticky discharge, if i was term i would say it was my mucous plug starting to come away (also know as a 'show'). i havent had any bleeding or pain besides normal ligiment pain. any ideas of what this could be?

Im 31 weeks prego, and last night i started getting braxton hicks contractions!!! they were not painful, just uncomfortable! Tonight around the same time, i started getting them again, I havent been timing them but Id say Ive had more than 4 in an hour, and tonight they are more uncomfortable, and Im also experiencing back pain....Im not sure if it is all in my head....does this sound normal???? any help is appriciated!!!!

Is it normal too be leaking the day after sex?I had unprotected sex 3 days ago currently i am worried not sure if i was ovulating my last period was april 11th ish and my friend told me too not lie down anymore(since i strained my back sleeping funny so i am sleeping with a pillow under my hips and lying down alot) but to stand up move around a lot , jump backwards, pee and take a long bath rinsing my personal area really well with soap/vinger to get sperm out?How will i know if i got all the sperm out?

my boyfriend dosent know how to break it to his mom that iam pregnant? She didnt take it well when she found out his older sister got pregnant at the age of 16. But iam 19 and so is my boyfriend how should he break it to her??Shes a very religious person and believes that you shouldnt be doing stuff if your not married.She freaked out when he told her he wanted to move out with me..because we are not married..Iam 2 and a half months pregnant, and i would jus really like for it to not b a secret to his family. My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for about two months, my last period was started on late in the day on April 9th and ended on the 13th. My periods seem to start normally around the 8th or 9th, the latest it has ever started was the 12th. We had sex, earlier in the day on the 9th and soon after it stopped, and also since then of course. Anyhoo, last night the 26th, I began to feel a little nauseated and went I went to the bathroom there was this dark brownish looking blood in my underwear and when I wiped there was just a little, very light reddish/pinkish blood on the toilet paper, and then nothing else? I’ve heard people talk about implantation bleeding, could this be what this is? Could I be pregnant? If not, what could this be? How long should I wait to take a test?
I’ve never bled in the middle of the month before. And my cycles vary from about 26 days to 28 days. I also noticed that after I eat I start to feel really queasy/nauseated. Anyone have a clue?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and have so far had a healthy pregnancy. I am not really even that concerned about drinking, but I was just wondering what others thought. I haven't even talked to my doc about it because it isn't that big of a deal to me.

My last menstrual period was March 23-27. I havent gotten it this month. Im never late on getting my period. I took a home pregnancy test last week and it came out positive. The last week i've been tired, and my breasts hurt and feels a bit swollen. But today i also noticed a very very light reddish discharge when i peed.....Im just a bit confused....Could i be pregnant? Or just late?? Help!!!

2days later......Today it seems like i have my period.......i also took my 3rd pregnancy test this morning and its still POSITIVE....even clearer than the previous ones......Whats happening?? Im scared!!

I'm 39 weeks preg., and with my first child, though I had to be induce (water broke spontaneously) the labor progressed V-E-R-Y slowly.
Now, with my second, I've had pretty consistent contractions-- yesterday they were about 15-20 mins apart for most of the day, and I lost 4 big (size of a silver dollar) mucous chunks in a row (not bloody). In the mid-afternoon, the contractions seemed to go away for an hour or so, then came back right on schedule. Today, I woke up and began timing again, and they are about 10 mins apart, but for the last hour have slowed just like yesterday.
I experience ALOT of pre-labor and braxton-hicks, but it's never regular like this for longer than an hour or so.

I think I may be a few weeks pregnant and I'm weening myself off of Paxil. I'm down to about 10mg a day and in about a week or 2 I will be completely off. But I've heard that Paxil can be harmful to a fetus. Can such a small dosage for this small length of time be harmful if I'm pregnant. I used to take 40mg daily.

I have to go to a friends funeral in a week, he died in iraq on thursday...r.i.p. willie celestine. Anyway, its in louisiana and im in north carolina. A bunch of people from my husbands company are just to rent a bus and drive down. Im 4 months pregnant, should i schedule an appt. with my doctor for a check up before we go.

I am having extreme difficulty in obtaining these articles. i have found two useful ones through searching google and yahoo, but I need many more. Everytime I go into work with a doctors note about my lifting limit or something else, they b*tch behind my back. I get 12 weeks of unpaid maternity leave and if I have any sort of problem related to my pregnancy where I need to leave work, they take that time from the 12 weeks. I am parttime but I still work 9 hours days, 4 days a week grooming dogs. My insurance is thru my husband so I dont have an option of taking a medical leave.

I doubt they would fire me because they spent $3000 to send me to grooming school, and I have signed a contract for 2 years with the company.

I am having TERRIBLE back pain. I can't bend over hardly, and when I walk, it hurts really bad to move my left leg forward. I feel like a problem at work if I give them a note saying I can't really do anything but answer phones. I want to insure that I still get 12 weeks after my baby is born. Could I still get a doc note if i need time off for back pain but still get 12 weeks later? How do I work the system???
