Normally it is 24 weeks legally. Some states will not to it until that late, so you'll have to ask. I know Indiana will not do it I beleive after 20 weeks. That may have changed though.

It had been 24 weeks but they just passed that law where it will now only be 12. I'm not certain when it goes into effect.

it depends on the country and state where you live. in NSW Australia the deadline is 14 weeks unless you need it done for medical reasons.
