I have to have a membrane sweep tomorrow. What does this entale ? Dees it hurt and what do they do and how long will it take and what will it show the medical staff ?

Hiya, I have been reading contributions on this forum when I was going through my miscarriage by the end of January 2007 and I found it very very help[fgul and comforting. I have another dilemma this time. I am pregnant again which is a fantastic news but I am slightly puzzled since I don't know how many weeks since I conceived... I completed my miscarriage naturally on 29/1/07 (negative pregnancy test) and on 16/2/07 I started my period (or I think it was a period), it lasted for four days, more like brown discharge but not as much as my usual period, and the first day was very painful so I had to take some medication, but only once. My next period was not due until about 173/07 (in few days) but I was little bit impatient and I did my pregnancy test on last Friday 9/3/07 and it was positive, repeated on 11/3/07 and again positive. Considering the ovultaion happens 14 days prior your period I am now not sure how many weeks I am. If anyone has any comment I't be glad to hear it.

im 25yrs old,had sex wid my fiance before my periods due date i.e28th feb .1st was my periods due date,v guys had safe sex infact v always do take precautions everytime v make out,he uses condoms,i ve never took ne pills,dis time im under lot of tension coz dis kind of stuff neva happened ever before,i ve regular periods cycle but after vein SAFE SEX dis time on 28th feb i dint get my periods its been 13days above n no sign of periods till date ...everyday i keep my fingers crossed dat it might happen today but it doesnt,i did test last nite n it came out 2 b negative,did it 4 d 1st time,is it so dat mornin urine will b able 2 detect my pregnancy or else nite time urine can also ,im still confused bout wat 2 do,whether im pregnant or not is still not clear,will d pregnancy test detect d correct postion after 13to 14 days of intercourse,y m i not gettin my chums,m i really pregnant,wat shall i do,shud i get mornin urine test done,will dat b able 2 detect surely,kindly suggest,im tensed

my last period was the last week of january. i had nothing whole month of february and tested myself march 7 at docs but it was negative pregnancy and nothing worng with prolactin. doc said it was stress causing my period delay. i was all the week with nausea.
yesterday i did a hpt it was negative. but i had weird discharge. one time went i went to the bathroom and wiped there was clear discharge with a streak of blood in it. after i saw that i started getting a crampy feeling down there and later in the evening had creamy pink discharge on tissue. i also have been feeling the need to pee a lot but when i go hardly pee at all and still have theat need to pee feeling.

im thinking it might be impantation?

or af is coming soon? what do you think?

so far today i had only once instance of a tiny bit of pink discharge, mostly i feel wet, but on inspection i am dry down there, its only if i insert a finger that i get some discharge. usually its just creamy very light yellow/white

Everyone says that its better to test if you're pregnant after you've ovulated or watever. Wat is this ovulation. When does it happen? Will you fall pregnant, before or during or after ovulation. How close to your monthly periods is your monthly ovulation? Thanks!

Im 18 and 4 months pregnant with my first child at first i was scared then i was happy and now i don't know what to feel me and my husband live together and we are doing ok finacially but im worried that when the baby comes things wont be good any more, my baby is due aug 23rd and i would love to go to school to be teacher but im not sure if i will have the time or the money to do it... what should i do?

my period hav always been irregular.. sometimes Id get it twice in one month.A few weeks after my last irregular 2 day period, I started spotting - just a little bit of blood mixed with a jelly substance...on the same day that that started my fiance and I had sex. The jelly stuff stopped. Is it possible that I can be pregnant? Yes, Yes, I know I should take a test or see a doctor but I want to know before I do a test or go to doctor coz all of this happened almost 2 weeks ago - dont think you can really get an accurate answer this early. But even so...wat do you guys think?

Ok, first off all self righteous non-smokers need not respond. Sorry but they are so sickeningly abnoxious and that's the last thing I need right now...

I found out I was pregnant and went from a pack a day to about 5. Before I hit 12 weeks I want to quit totally. I would like to hear from ex-smoker's who've successfully quit. The withdrawals, as you know, are awful! I get charlie-horse type pain in my legs among many other rotten withdrawal symptoms. I had cut down to two a day (which the doctor was pleased with) but I've creeped back up to 5. Now I just want to end this madness and quit totally. Please give me some suggestions on easing the physical withdrawal symptoms. I wish I could take the patch because I used it before and quit for 2 years (don't even ask why I started again, I kick myself all the time for that!) The only thing I found that easing the horrible pain in my legs is a warm bath bath but I can't stay in the tub 24 hrs a day! Please give me some advice!! Thanks!

When i first get my job, my employe told me there is nothing wrong if i get pregnant ( i am young and married and is natural). Now, two month later i am pregnant and i told my boss about this, and they trying since then to make me sign my resignation. What should I do? Has anyone been pregnant without any symptoms? I am worried this means that the pregnancy isn't a "strong" one. I know people who have had miscarriages who say that they just thought they were having an easy pregnancy because they had no symptoms, when it turns out they had miscarried. I started getting dizzy spells. Then, everytime I stand up, it feels like this baby wants to fall out the bottom of my stomach. I got a terrible headache which I still have. My face has turned all red and blotchy - almost like a rash. And now I have diarreha. Any ideas?
