yes please call your oggyn right now or your doctor it could be the beginning of pre eclampsia which can be seriouse if untreated.
sounds like you may be experiencing a change in blood pressure which is causing the dizzy spells ect but i am sorry but pre eclampsia goes hand in hand with all those symptoms you described its probly nothing but certainly better to be safe then sorry hey i wish you the best of luck.

Dizziness and headache can sometimes indicate a change in blood pressure, and not for the better. Is your heart still beating normally, or is it beating really fast? Is the room too hot, or did you get up to fast? These things also can cause rapid changes in blood pressure when you're pregnant, making you dizzy and making your head hurt.
Call your doctor, because I am not one. I have no idea about the diarrhea or the skin issues. Make sure that your baby is moving the way that it usually does, but try to get in to see your doc. They will probably want to take your blood pressure.

Go to your doctor, dizziness and headaches might be dangerous. Your being blotchy is probably normal, but always a good thing to check when things aren't normal. Make sure your baby is still moving the same amount or more than normal, that's always a good sign.

I suggest that you call your doctor or OB/GYN. I know when I was pregnant, I was getting dizzy spells whenever I stood up, but that was because of my blood pressure. It changes when you're pregnant. But, if you still have a headache, and your face is red and blotchy, and you have diarrhea...then yah, you need to go to the doctor!!! Only he/she can tell you exactly what it is.

Could you have gotten too hot? I'm 8 months and I got a little dizzy today and had a headache and I was burning up. I turned on the ac and felt better. I, like the others, say call your doctor, but you're probably ok. Better safe than sorry.

Call your caregiver.
The dizzy spells could be due to blood pressure problems or you could be getting anemic.
