my last period was the last week of january. i had nothing whole month of february and tested myself march 7 at docs but it was negative pregnancy and nothing worng with prolactin. doc said it was stress causing my period delay. i was all the week with nausea.
yesterday i did a hpt it was negative. but i had weird discharge. one time went i went to the bathroom and wiped there was clear discharge with a streak of blood in it. after i saw that i started getting a crampy feeling down there and later in the evening had creamy pink discharge on tissue. i also have been feeling the need to pee a lot but when i go hardly pee at all and still have theat need to pee feeling.
im thinking it might be impantation?
or af is coming soon? what do you think?
so far today i had only once instance of a tiny bit of pink discharge, mostly i feel wet, but on inspection i am dry down there, its only if i insert a finger that i get some discharge. usually its just creamy very light yellow/white

I would believe the doctor's office and your home pregnancy test. Depending on the length of your cycles, a pregnancy test would've been positive by now since it's been 6 weeks since you have had a period. Stress can cause changes in your cycle. The small spot of blood could be the start of your period or it could be from a urinary tract infection. PMS symptoms are very similar to pregnancy symptoms and since you haven't had a period in a while, your body may be gearing up for a heavy one. I suggest you go back to the doctor and ask for a blood pregnancy test and have them check for a urinary tract infection as well. Good luck .

CONGRATULATIONS! You are pregnant! Or at least chances are pretty high! The EXACT same thing happened to me... But I thought I had a Urinary Tract Infection, because everytime I peed it would kind of burn, and I felt like I had to use the bathroom alot, but then nothing but a drop of pee would come out! When I wiped it would have a pink color on the toilet paper. It might be too soon to get a postive pregnancy test. You should go to a doctor or try again in about a week. Also, take 1200 mg of folic acid and a prenantal vitamin every day and you should not get morning sickness, i did this and i am 29 weeks pregnant and havent had a bit of morning sickness!
