Having unprotected sex is an easy way to get pregnant (depending on the time of the month) and STDs. Even if he pulls out before he ejaculates, he still could have released sperm into your body. This is called the pull-out method, and it is not an effective form of birth control. Always use a condom. They are saying now that condoms should be used as a barrier for STDs and not as a sole form of birthcontrol. If you have questions like this, please look for a center like Planned Parenthood or clinic or your gynecologist. If you don't know what's going on you shouldn't be having sex.

I'm not too sure that I really understand your question. But if you're asking how to make sure that when you have sex no sperm gets inside of you, I suggest using a condom. Using the sponge, which you place inside of you. Using spermicides. There are lots of things that you can do to help ensure that you don't get pregnant. But remember, no method of birth control is 100% effective. The best thing would be to not have sex at all.

If you have sex and there is a path for the sperm to swim inside you, you can get pregnant. For example, if he ejaculates near your vagina and you are wet, even if it isn't inside of you, the sperm can swim in the fluids, to your insides. I can't word this the way I want to...the best thing I can say is if there is a path of fluid for ther sperm to follow.

use condoms or female condoms and for risk prevntion allso take anti pregnancy pills befor night an allso till next 5 days !
allo use non favourable sex positions for preganacy like women on top and dogy style and extar. raer entry and man on top are favourable ones.
