i had unprotected sex like a week and a half before i started taking the pill. but i am a birth control baby and my aunt is pregnant with a baby that she was on birth control when she got pregnant. also i had my period but it was weird and i heard that you can have you period while you are pregnant i know many people who have umm... can some one please help me with this issue?

lol, I know this is a weird subject, but I am scared that I will. It's gonna smell up the room and be so embarrasing. I don't care what people say, when they say I won't care because I'll be in so much pain. I don't care, I will still be angry that my boyfriend, mom, nurses and doctor's will smell and see my poop!!! How can I avoid this?? Sounds trivial, but it's something I'm really weird about.

Ok...My last period was Jan. 29, 07.... I was a lil worried by the time 3/6 came by and I still did not have my period. My boobs started to get very sore last week and were sore all the way up until Wed. of this week. On Wed AM I got some cramps and when I went to use the bathroom there was a little blood (not like my regular period). My cramps were getting bad so I took medicine for the pain. About 2 hours later I went to the bathroom and there was a lil more blood, but still too light for my period and there was also a blood clot. I freaked out and went to the doctors and they took a pregnancy test and confirmed I was pregnant. The doctor took a pelvic exam and said that my cervix was closed and that I did not have a miscarriage. He had me go to the OB/GYN yesterday and she said that "I am barley pregnant" and she did not see anything wrong with my tubes when she did the vaginal ultrasound... but she also said it was too early to see a sac. Has anyone experienced this before?

let me start off by saying i'm 14 years old and my boyfriend is 15. well we just found out i was pregnant, and we both are NOT ready for a kid, so my boyfriend is filling my head with all this kind of stuff. he BROKE UP WITH ME `cause he said he not ready for a baby, then the next hour he called me and said well, i loveu and i wanna be there for my kid. then he's like but what will my mom say, so he tell's me hes gonna call my friend 2 get a ( plan b pill ) dont know what that is. help me out people! but i'm not that kind of person. abortion! hell no.. adoption, just worried that the baby will hate me cause i gave him/her up. and keeping it, i will drop everything for him/her but i HAVE 2 finish school . not gonna be a dumb mom. what should i do? about the baby and my bf. hes not always like this, he said he is in a panic mode, cause hes scared he wont be a good father 2 the baby, please help me out. i need all the support i can get ( i only want the best for the baby )

I am 39 weeks and i'm not sure what exactly a contraction is, I feel cramps and sharp pains near my pelvis, Is that a contraction? Everyone says that its when your stomach tightens and then loosens but i haven't had any sort of that feeling. Could someone please explain what a contraction feels like..........

What do you think the likelihood that I'm pregnant is?

Before I go on, let me first say that I'm not a retard, I know how babies are made, and I AM going to get a test on my lunch break. Just need some feedback from people who've gone down this road before. :)

I had unprotected sex about 6 days before my period was supposed to begin. I'm REALLY regular (like exactly every 4 weeks from the starting date of my last period, almost to the hour) and I'm currently a day late. Last week around the time of unprotected sex, my breasts were REALLY sore, and continued to be for a few days after, but now they're fine (just feel a bit fuller). I haven't had any cramps at all, which is odd for me since I always start getting them a week beforehand. I've been a little more tired than usual, but I've been attributing that to the dst change.

I'm just over 7 weeks and since yesterday morning, I have felt totally grossed out by the thought of food! This is new because up until now, I have had no problems at all - in fact I have felt great all along! Yesterday and today, I've had to force myself to eat something. Just the thought of food is making me feel nauseous. Is this normal? Any idea how long this will last?

I have read a lot of articles that say not getting enough folic acid can increase the risk of birth defects, especiall neural tube defects. Everything I've read says that you need it most within the first 28 days of pregnancy, which is before you have even realized you're pregnant. As soon as I found out, I started taking prenatal vitamins, but I definitely wasn't getting much folic acid at all before then. Does a deficiency in folic acid pose a large risk for birth defects?
