You being a birth control baby has nothing to do if you will have the same surprise.

You had unprotected sex a week BEFORE you started the pill? If you ARE pregnant, that's not considered a birth control baby, since birth control isn't meant to kill a baby that's already conceived (which yours would have been by the time you started taking the pills)...it would only stop you from ovulating, and it doesn't even do THAT effectively until you've been on it for at least a month. I doubt you have a higher chance of getting pregnant on the pill just because you're a birth control baby (it doesn't seem to be a genetic trait, just luck of the draw), but there is a big chance you could be pregnant now...it just wouldn't be a birth control baby because you weren' taking birth control when it was conceived. And yes you can have a period while pregnant...it's usually implantation bleeding, actually, where the embryo is implanting in your uterine lining. If it's been at least 2 weeks since you had sex, you should go ahead and start testing. But you can't blame this baby on faulty birth control if it comes out positive...sorry!

OK, there is always a chance of getting pregnant while on the pill, even if used as directed. Just because you are a birth control baby, each case is different. and my doctor told me to wait at least, two - three weeks, after you start taking the pill before you have intercourse. Yes you can have a period while being pg.. The best answer i can give you is take a home pg test..

the pill, like condoms is only 99% effective - therefore there is always that 1% chance you will get pregnant, no matter what you are doing! I was using condoms when I got pregnant with my first child 7 years ago - now I am pregnant with my second child, and have been on the birthcontrol pill for about 6 years straight! take a pregnancy test and calm your nerves over it.. if you wait too long you will lose out on being able to consider all your options..

My mom was using an IUD when she got pregnant with me (she continued to have her period until she was seven months along) and I was on the pill when I got pregnant with three of my four children. If you're having sex, then there's always a chance of pregnancy regardless of the birth control method you are using.

I even have heard issues asserting that's totally nicely to take the pill whilst breastfeeding, yet of path there is often different factors asserting no. I only examine on an internet page that while you're making plans to take delivery administration whilst breastfeeding, wait till you're a minimum of 6 weeks into breast feeding so as that your physique would not get puzzled with one and all of those hormones. Few web pages on the backside for you. stable luck!

I got pregnant ON the pill .. but I had taken an antiobiotic for an ear infection that de-activated my birth control.
But my good friend got pregnant, ON the pill while doing EVERYTHING right!

good luck! God bless!

If you have unprotected sex you have a chance of being pregnant.

If your period is late you might be pregnant.

Dont ask us what we think, we werent there, we arent you, and we dont know your cycles. If you think you might be go buy a test.
