Pregnancy - December 2006

I'm 6 1/2 weeks pregnant and the only symptoms I have had are mild cramping and sore nipples. I actually seem to have more energy and feel better than I did before I was pregnant. The last few days the cramping has increased to moderate pain but no bleeding. I called my Dr. and they said nothing to worry about unless their was bleeding with the cramps. My first appt is not scheduled til 9 weeks. Now the nipple soreness seems to be gone and I'm wondering if something is wrong?

I am 15 years old, and 29 weeks pregnant. Last night I woke up tossing and turining because of cramping in my stomach and lower abdomen that my mother said was most likely contractions. They were very irregular and lasted for anywhere between 12-64 seconds. The time between them varied, but it seemed they were one after another for an hour. The pain was very intense and I was wondering if there were any ways to lessen the pain at home. Also, I was wondering if they were possibly Braxton-Hicks contractions and how they differ from real contractions.

When during pregnancy does your stomach begin to harden? When does the area just above your pubic hair begin to harden? Is this something that would be very noticable?

i'm 13 weeks pregnant and when i eat something then take vitamin pill then eat again, it make me sick! i cant eat alot cause then will make me feel nausea, i need help and what should i do? i dont want throwing up anymore! i went doctor but they gave me pill for nausea but i dont want take cause it not good for baby and i want aviod nausea without taking pills please anyone help me? =[[

I'm 11 weeks preggo as of yesterday, and my tummy is getting "thicker" to where I can't wear my normal pants without fixing the button somehow, yet I can't feel my stomach getting harder or my uterus coming out of my "pelvic" cavity. Pregnant or previously pregnant women, is this normal? I want to be able to feel my baby an I'm getting worried. No bleeding or anything.

Alright I have had a child before but I don't remember if this happened, and I know I haven't had this happen before any of my other periods. For the last few days I have been having slight slight cramping I am10 days past ovulation, Yesterday and today I have been feeling very overly fatigued and very nauseated. This morning and carrying on currently I have been having an overly abundant amount of cervical mucus, it isn't like it usually is before my period which is usually whitish and not so abundant, but this is like a mixture of white with some clear mucus looking stuff in it and there is a lot of it, could this still be an impending period or what do you think?? Thank you to everyone that answered me back. Ok so if i go on medicaid. will they let me since i am married and own a home. I am a full time student. My husband is the only one that works at the moment until i finish school which is not until October of 2007. Should i just go and find out information.

O.K. so i took a test yest and it was neg... took one this am with my first urine of the day and it was a light pos.... then took two more today and they are neg....i just started spotting a little brown discharge... I have always heard if the baby's heartbeat is 140+ beats per minute that your having a boy and if it's 140- your having a girl. This was true with my first baby, i had a boy. I am now pregnant with my second baby but we don't find out it's sex till 20 weeks and when i went to the doctor today(15 weeks) the heartbeat was 147 beats per minute. Has this old wives tale proved to be true for anyone else? should i expect another boy when i go for mu u/s next month?

Im just curious to know, when a woman finds out she is pregnant and tells her husband/partner, do they stop having sex relations until after the baby is delivered or do they continue to do such relations while she is pregnant or does this hurt or effect the baby? So I am 5 weeks and I am already showing....I'm showing enough that people notice when I am out and about! I know it's not the baby already cause it is way too small to show but why am I getting bigger so soon. I'm 5'5" and normally weigh around 125.
