I am 31 weeks and the same thing has been happening to me. Calomine lotion relieves the itch but i have been using bio oil on it now and the rash is clearing up. I suspect it may be a reaction to the stretch mark cream i was using as the same thing happened to me early on in pregnancy. It seems to get worse in the shower or if i get hot sleeping but the oil really seems to be working.

Go to your OBGYN immediately! While your doing that, find out from the father of the child what his Rh factor is. If your - and he's + then your body could be reacting to this. This is what is happening with my wife. You have to get a shot at 3 months and at the birth (depending on what the baby's blood type is) if the fathers is Rh+.

It could be a rash, because your skin can become sensitive during pregnancy. However, it's probably that your skin is stretching. When your skin stretches so rapidly, it will itch like crazy.
