Take a pregnancy test. Lots of women get cramps early in pregnancy and think it's their period about to start...but it doesn't.

She could be having pre cramps becuase her period is coming. If she hasnt missed a period yet, its kinda hard to tell.

With my first baby, I had terrible cramps. Then I got a positive pregnancy test

Well she could be preggo and still have period symptoms.... Not uncommon I would head to the drug store an get a HPT and see what it says......... Tell her to calm down and not worry or stress because that could make her period late as well......

Hope it turns out the way you wanted Good Luck

you can cramp if you're pregnant. It feels like menstral cramps sometimes, but it's actually your uterus expanding. If she's late having her period have her take a pregnancy test.

If she's late for her period, buy her a pregnancy test. THAT would be common sense.

you can have the same things you get with PMS when you're pregnant.
