i was wondering if anyone else has done this. iam 22 weks prego and i have lite pain in my ovaries and pelvic are without bleeding it feels like period cramps do you think it is round ligament pain? my tummy seems to be bigger

Me and my partner are desperate to have a little boy, We already have 2 beautiful little girls who we wouldnt change for the world,But both times i was pregnant we were secretly hoping for a boy.The problem is my partner wants to try again to see if this time i can give him a boy. But i cant help feeling that we would be acting selfishly after all the chances are 50/50,and if i did indeed have another girl i couldnt face the thought of been disappointed, Because this is a life were talking about.I know people are going to say you should be grateful you have 2 healthy daughters and believe me i am.But this problem has been on my mind alot recently. Is wanting a boy so badly a healthy reason to get pregnant? or will it only cause heart ache and dissapointment.Or do i just enjoy my 2 daughters and except the fact that wanting a boy and only a boy is not a good enough reason to get pregnant???? I would love peoples opinions because i feel like im going around in one big circle.

My bf and and i have been together almost 4 years and we like to go out and have a good time going to clubs and partys and sometimes the drinks get the best of us and we forget to use protection i really did not see this as a big deal because nothing has ever happened before but my period is late was supposed to have been last week of september and it is still not here. I feel fine but should i take a test? My bf says pregnant girls can not drink and we go out alot. Should i test any ay to make sure we had sex unprotected sept. 14 about and i think you ovlute 7 days after your period is this right?am i safe i would have ovulated the 7 then i think?

Hi...Ok about two days ago it was POURING...and my car window was down so I walked outside to roll up the window and slipped and busted my butt in the mud...I tried to catch myself so I would fall a little softer lol...cuz I am pregnant and didnt want to hurt anything. I called the doc...cuz I was having some really bad back pain and I had to go in to give blood work anyway so they checked on the baby..and everything was fine with him...but now my knee is hurting soo bad I cant bend it or straighten it and its all swollen... my OB wont be of much help..obviously..but if I go to another doc...dont you think it would be a waste of time..cuz they wouldnt be able to x-ray me or..give me anything for the pain right? So do you all know of anything I could do to make my knee feel better..and do to make it heal faster? (like Ice..or a heating pad..or both...or no walking..suggestions like that...thanks) DONT BE RUDE..it makes me upset. Thanks in advance

She really wants to do this, but it seems all the nurses have different views. She had a c-section so she can't move really well right now. He latches on but after 4 or 5 sucks, he falls asleep. I think it is because her milk has not come in yet. He has lost some weight in three days. She is worried he is not getting nutrition but the doctor said is not concerned just yet, but is watching him carefully. Any suggestions or tips as to what she might do? I never breastfed, so I'm afraid I'm not much help and I don't want her to get discouraged.

I just lost what I think is my mucous plug. Not to be gross but it is really stringy and had some yellowish color to it. The other day had some veiny blood to it. I am already 3 cm dilated, and how soon do you think i will go into labor?? My lower back is hurting, and my stomach is contracting every so often..i'm starting to time them now. I will be 37 weeks tomorrow, and if i go to the er, this will be my 3rd time going in. I'm afraid they will want to stop my labor. Any suggestions?? Thanks. Oh-btw-this is my 2nd pregnancy.

I think i touched a nerve with some of you. My wife would tell you im a great husband and a great dad. I can only imagine what you have to go through, and believe me i couldnt do it. Christ i cant even handle a runny nose and sore throat, lol . She says that i couldnt be more suportive, and if it wasnt for me she would never have got through our sons first few weeks with us. She had him at 27 weeks, he weighed 2lb when born, and spent 3 months in scbu. he had 2 operations, 4 blood tranfusions and died in my wifes arms twice. However hes now 2, his names ben and hes doing really well. The consultant says hes almost caught up, and cant believe his progress.

im in 7th and so r all my friends but this girl jazmin i know is prenant (shes in 7th 2)nobody likes jazmin so they are always calling her names bui dont(the only porson in my grade who knows is me)right so naturaly she has to tell some1 so she tells my i feel bad 4 her so i gave her a cookie(she comes from a poor family so she doesnt get alot of food)it worries me cas now shes goona have a baby she didnt even tell the gym teacher so she still has to do gym
how can i stop feeling bad?

I currently work a full time job, but it interfers with my idea of what it taks to be a good mom. Plus, this job could take me away from my family for months at a time. I started this job before I had my daughter. Unfortunately, I don't have the option of just quiting...so, since my husband and I want more kids anyway, we've started TTC (Trying to conceive) so that I will be able to "quit" my job. It's kind of a weird situation, but please just accept that I really am in an odd situation.

It's going to be a struggle, but we'll have the support of our families while we make the transition and my husband will be able to work a job he'll actually like. Unfortunately, my job has been priority and he's kind of had to work around me. I like my job but, after almost 2 years of supporting the family, It's only fair to give my husband a chance to take over. He wants to.

I asked this in TTC, but I wanted to post it elsewhere to get a broader audience for more advice.

I think I might be pregnant. I took a test and it came out negative.. but I'm not due for my period for another week or so. It might be too soon to tell. But in case I am..

I have been moving boxes, I mean they are not too heavy, but a little. I know when you are pregnant you are not supposed to lift things like that. If it turns out that I am pregnant, could lifting boxes hurt the baby?

i've been sexually active w/in the month & last time i had sex w/ my bf was on oct.7. I always expect my period exactly 6 days earlier from the last time i had my period. for example, last time i had my period was on sept. 15th...so i should've received my period oct. 9th.

anyways...my period hasn't come & it's oct. 12th...i took a pregnancy test yesturday & it came out negative. it's so weird cuz i feel as if i have my period cuz i have on & off crampage. i know stress can stop one's period & i have been under soooo much stress l8ly...but stress never seemed to stop my period b4. can something else be wrong w/ me? like i dunno...stupid question but could too much sex like hurt me internally in anyway & like assure that i won't get my period?

i'm like really worried even though the test turned out neg. i'm thinking about taking another test tomorrow morning wat do u think?

anyways i really appreciate ur thoughts...please help me. being sexually active is still new to me.

I am currently 20 years old and i have been with my bofyriend for 4 years we are very happy and have been thinking about having a baby?
