Pregnancy - August 2006

I am 33 wks. Just spent 3 days in the hospital because of contractions. They are mostly gone now. Anyone have a simliar experience & what happened. Early delivery? Go to term?

The baby was unplanned, I never wished to be an unwed mother...

We have talked about it but with the baby there is so much else to think about. We both want to because we love eachother, but I would like it to be before the baby is born. How do I sortof bring marriage into the picture, without seeming pushy?

Again we both want to get married to eachother, so its not that he doesnt, we have gone back and forth about when we should, but I want it before the baby, and I see nothing wrong with that. How can I ask him...without asking him???

Even though he wanted me to get pregnant. He has a major drug problem. He barely wants to be around me, hes always with his friends smoking coke and making excuses. I've had a really stressful 7 months filled with lots of crying and just having a really stressful rough time. Every time he is sober we get along great but as soon as he starts smoking again everything goes to sh*t. I just don't know what to do, I really think I should leave him, but at the same time I feel torn because I'm having his baby and we used to be so happy before I was pregnant. I feel like I will always resent him for treating me this way while I am pregnant. I just need him so much right now and hes never there. All this has left me feeling hopeless and depressed. I can't wait for my baby to be born so I'm not alone all the time. What do you think? Should I leave him?

I just found out today that I have a UTI, but I also could be pregnant, and he wants to take precautions in case I am. The doctor put me on medication for pregnant women because he said there is a big chance that I could be. I go for a blood test tommorrow to find out for sure. Im 3 weeks late and having pains in the lower adominal area. The doctor told me that I shouldn't be having those kinds of pain just from a UTI. What do you think these pains are from

Ok well so here is goes, I am 20 years old and my birthday is monday but i really do not care about it. I am deeply in love with my ex and I am 15 weeks carrying his child. For the last 2 weeks all i have heard is that he wanted to work stuff out and be with my and our baby, but now he does not. I am so alone. I need help and I need a friend. I know I want this baby but I am not sure what do about him. Should I even try to get him involved? I do not want him to be on the birth certificate because i do not want him to have anything to do with the baby. How is it fair that he can have nothing to do with the pregancy but after the baby is born he can have all the glory. What do i do? Can someone please talk to me and become my friend in this real time of need.

for my baby. I am only 20 years old my pregnancy was not expected I am a student and I also work I only have a little over $3000 dollars saved up. My boyfriend makes A WHOLe lot of money so I am not worried about money to much but is that enough to have saved or should I have saved more. I save money well but I am independent and I have to pay for everything I am going to nursing school. I am just nervous thats all.

My last period was june25th I bled for 2 wks instead of the usual 1 wk. My cylcle last about 28 days. I was on the nuvaring but took it out (july6th) because I kept bleeding and stoped bleeding on the 9th. I took a pregnancy test today (Aug. 3rd) and it was negative. So whats going on?

Around the 6th week of pregnancy, she started developing prominent veins all over her legs. Her Doctor advised her that it is more likely due to high levels of hormones. She is fairly active and on her feet most of the time. They look like varicose veins. Have any other women experienced this problem. Did the veins decrease after pregnancy?
