Those usually are symptoms of pregnancy, but I'd go to the doctor just in case. That happened to me when I was about 2 and a half months pregnant. I actually passed out and hit the floor. I went to my doctor and everything was ok. Better safe than sorry.

Low blood sugar or low iron. You should tell your Dr.
I had really low iron with my first and blacked out a lot off and on for two weeks straight and my husband wouldn't take me to use a phone (didn't have our own) he told me I was just lazy and it was because I was actually exercising (carrying a heavy clothes basket of wet clothes to the back yard in 90 degree heat)!! Anyway one night I blacked out and collapsed on the kitchen floor he decided I should go to the E.R and my iron was really really low.
I ended up getting lectured by my Dr for not calling him when it first happened.

Contact your OBGYN as soon as you can.
It could be a few things.
1) low blood sugar- a sudden drop in blood sugar will make you pass out. Usually they will check for gestational diabetes at a certain stage of the pregnancy.
2) low iron will also make you dizzy- Your dr. can do a quick hemoglobin check for that. Simple finger prick.
I'm sure there are other answers, but I can't think of them at the moment.

That is somewhat normal. Your blood pressure when you sit or stand quickly can change and cause those symptoms. My suggestion is for you, when you are lying down, is to sit up slowly and remain sitting for a bit before you stand up. If it becomes a problem, see a Dr right away and mention it anyways at your next OB apt.

That's happened to me before. But i'm not pregnant...it could just be gravity and the force of standing up, shifting your blood flow. But get it checked out. it could be something serious

Are you eating enough? dont be shy, your eating for two. If its not that, talk to your docter. It might be your blood pressure.
