My basal body temp is staying over 101. It hasn't gone down for nearly a month. Do you guys know if could be a sign of pregnancy?

It all depends on whether or not that is higher than your pre-ovulation temperature. Based on the limited informaton you have given, there is no way to answer this question. Also 101 sounds really high for pregnancy but not high for an infectious process. Usually the temp is just a few tenths of a degree above normal (like 99.2 or 99.4). If you have missed a period, see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test. If you haven't, I suggest you go in and have a check up.

Are you taking your temp in the mornings?? Usually an elevated BBT that remains for a couple weeks means pregnancy. Have you had any sypmtoms?
