Pregnancy - August 2006

first one day the 10 of july, at night, i got brown discharge and then in the morning there was a dot on my pad. then that day it started getting more light pink and for the whole week i had this and then it went away. so i took the pregnancy test the next day and it came out negative but i took it in the afternoon and i believe it was too early. then two weeks later i started getting bad headaches for a week, then ione night it was worst... my head was hot and my body was cold. and i got side pains. then i took another test in the afternoon and it came out negative. then i got nasal problems and i got sleepy alot. and i had globs of mucus down my throat and i was losing my voice. i felt growling noises sometimes.. in the beginning and it wasnt the ones where you are hungry.. its like inside you. as if someone else inside you is hungry. this is really wioerd and im only 18 yrs old. i think i should take the test in the morning. but im not sure so i would like to kno your answers.

Is it normal to feel like you're on an emotional rollercoaster....i feel so many different emotions and i'm only about 3 weeks along, almost a month. It's like one minute i'm really sad, next minute i'm extremely happy, and then i'm angry...i'm really confused about a lot of things. this is my first child, I'm 20 years old and i'm sooo scared about so many different things. I'm not married...and the weird thing is is that the father of the baby is the man i'm absolutely in love with, but what complicates it is that he doesn't know i'm in love with him, we've been really good friends for about 4 years, we've even lived together for about 6 months, but we never claimed to be dating, we messed around but always just remained friends. And now i'm pregnant with his child and i don't know how i feel about it. i mean, i know he'll be there for the kid, even if he wasn't i've got a good enough job...but i feel so many different emotions about so many different things....any advice please?!

Gosh it's awful. I want to have my back popped so bad! Last night I was laying on the floor and I twisted and in popped a little. It felt soooo good. But Im not sure its safe for my baby does anyone have an answer for this?

I had a part time job that was pretty flexible and laid back that today, I just found out, is not in the "budget" anymore??? We don't really need the extra money, but now I feel guilty that my husband is the only one working. Is it too far along to get another job??? We're also planning a vacation at the beginning of Sept. so I couldn't even start looking until after that. What should I do??? i asked "is it true the best time to get pregnant on your period?" and so many people assumed that i had to be "young" this is not the case i am 21 years old and i have a son of my own, the question i asked was simply something i had heard that i wasn't sure how to answer so i thought i would ask here and got a bunch of rude answers. thanks to the people who answered truthfully and without assuming i was young and nieve. to the others stop answering questions if you can't be respectful!

It hurt so bad last night I was ready to go to the hospital. I thought something was seriously wrong. I took 2 Tylenol and it eased up a lot. well it feels sore today and I dont know if its a start of a miscarriage or normal ??? I had 2 miscarraiges before and both started with back pain but it was very low on my back this feels different its in the middle. HELP please.

I had only taken one " active " pill of my new pack before I had sex, and also used condoms, only to discover they had expired a few months prior. I took an HPT this morning, because I am really stressing that there could be a chance I am pregnant. The HPT Turned out negative......Since it has been so long since the last time I had sex, and haven't done anything since, what are the chances it was accurate?

I was just told that the baby (boy) had been really low this whole pregnancy, and that may be some of the cause for the vaginal pain. It has looked like I had already dropped just about my whole pregnancy, but is sharp vaginal pain really ok? Its almost like he is kicking my cervix and hurts a lot. I have also started have braxton hicks the past month. The doctors have already checked my cervix and it seems solid. (they check it once a week now) Anyone have any advise other than "do what your doctor says"?

I'm in my 8th week of a high risk pregnancy (I have lost 4 babies in the last 2 years before the 10th week) I'm on bed rest, with severe morning sickness. My husband and I cannot have sex (not because the doctor said so but because I am so sick) I am very moody extremely depressed and ambivalent about my situation. I can't even hug my husband or let him hug me because there are certain areas of my body that are too sore to get within a foot of someone else, also I am just too depressed.

This is putting a huge strain on our marriage, and part of me is wishing that I wasn't pregnant anymore (ever again) because I just want our happy marriage back.

To make matters worse, my sense of smell is so strong now, that when my husband even just brushes his teeth, it smells like he's been rolling around in toothpaste and he makes me gag. To put it mildly we are not enjoying each other right now.
