birth control pills, shot, patch, ring, and tubal ligation or just don't have sex

Abstinence (no intercourse) is 100% reliable. Anything that doesn't involve vaginal intercourse is pretty low risk for pregnancy too.

Tubal ligation or vasectomy surgeries are essentially 100% reliable, but also normally permenant. While they can sometimes be reversed, they are not advisable if you think you might at some point want children.

Birth control pill is the next most reliable - more reliable then condoms in fact.

IUD is quite high. It starts dropping off after that, basically.

If you are in a secure relationship/marriage avoid having sex 14 days from the first day of your period. This is the time you are most fertile. ex: If you get your period on September 15th., avoid sex around the week of 29th. If you're not in a secure relationship stick with condoms. It's not worth the risk of contracting a disease.

You can make some DIY scrub at home by using olive oil. Massage slightly warm pure olive oil into the affected skin area. This will improve the blood circulation and reduce the stretch marks to a great extent. Keeping your body hydrated can help protect the skin from many kinds of problems.

The pill, but no other form of B/C will protect against STDs. Even Herpes can still be passed WITH using a condom.
