cooked seafood is perfectly fine while you are preggers. Just limit salmon and tuna since they have trace amounts of mercury. So go ahead! Have some crab salad!

Provided you don't have shellfish allergies if it is real crab, you should have absolutely no problems. If it is imitation crab, it is made of pollock, which is fine as well.

Congratulations and Enjoy!

Any food craving is fine.

It's when you crave things that are not usually considered edible that you need to speak with your doctor about.

I never liked fish until I was pregnant with my children. Now I really enjoy eating it.

In somebody subject, specific, if somebody is dumb sufficient to purchase a lemon for that plenty, it is extra their fault than the sellers fault. they could in basic terms bypass purchase a lemon for much less someplace else. regardless of if, in maximum places i've got self assurance there are rules approximately how plenty they are able to value for products in shops and whatnot. If all lemons by surprise fee one hundred greenbacks for no reason, it does not be ok.

OK? Why wouldn't it be? It's not raw!

Whoever says you can't eat fish or shellfish during pregnancy is an IDIOT.

What do you think Eskimos, Japanese and Pacific Islanders have eaten during pregnancy for thousands of years?
