Yah finish college would be a big one! go on vacation to somewhere really nice.. pay off debt...
I am glad I took back the ten thousand pair of clothes I got from baby showers, cuz I needed other things.
and OMG you don't need a million blankets :O) I was always told you could never have to many blankets... well yes you can!! You are only going to want to use the ones that you like/love!! and the others will just sit there and collect dust!
I wish I would have known the kind of diapers I was going to use..... so PLEASE use pampers swaddlers....(they beat huggies any day) then when the time comes use the CRUISERS! although there will be a day when you don't care... so huggies are fine!! but I wish I would have had the pampers swaddlers new born size in the actual hospital room... they only have size 1 which totally engulfed my 6 lb 2 oz bundle of joy! the newborn size fit perfectly (i happen to bring like 5 in my baby bag to the hospital)
ALSO... read a book about getting your baby to sleep!! be wise though and research the techniques... I wouldn't use the book babywise... it promotes them crying it out... which can cause longterm effects in babies (although they say it doesn't)!
Also don't be afraid to sleep with baby in bed... this is what nature intended (for baby to be in the warmth and saftyness of their mother)! although I would do it for a long period of time,,,, because they will get really use to it!
goodluck... whatever you do or don't do you can always accomplish later in life!

I wish I had taken a better childbirth preparation classes. I think I would have been less stressed if I had had a better idea of what to expect. I also wish I had exercised more. And yes, stock up on those white onesies in lots of sizes. They grow so fast! Also, I wish I had had a baby sling from day one. Newborns want to be held all the time, and it's easier to take care of yourself if you have a baby sling to hold the baby, but it leaves your hands free so you can make something to eat or go to the bathroom without leaving the baby screaming or juggling it and whatever you have to do.

i wish i had been in a better financial situation so i would have been able to own my own home. i wish i hadn't of traded in my new beetle. everyone told me i should so the car seat wouldn't be so cumbersome to deal with having only two doors. sometimes i wish i hadn't kept talking to the father of my child. we had stopped talking for a while because he was (sometimes still is) a jerk and wasn't interested in doing the best thing for our child like having a steady job. i also wish i had eaten healthier foods instead of pigging out constantly becuase my son is almost four and i'm still lugging around some "baby weight!" lol

i would never go and find out what it is i would like it to be a surprise. also i would get a dog, and see those 2 can grow up together. although i hate music you should always talk to the baby when in the stomach scientist say it helps there brain devolop. so you can sit there at night and talk to it even though they cant talk back they hear you.

I did read up alot on childbirth and I took alot of childbirth classes and I think that being educated on it all really helped me not to be so nervous. I wish I would have exercised more though!

I wish I hadn't washed all the clothes I received at my shower/bought myself. Both of my boys were large, and most of them didn't fit. After the tags are off and they've been washed, you own them!
