I just want to know if anyone is having sex like they did before they were pregnant. My daughter is 6 1/2 months and my husband and I have had sex probably 10 times. The first time was after 4 months because I was healing. It took me a while to heal from all that child birth experience. My husband and I fight alot about sex, sometimes I don't even feel like it because I am so tired (of course). It still hurts. It's tight and painful when he puts it in. We can't just have sex like animals anymore, we have to make sure that I am well lubed or turned on. Just recently it felt ok but the past few times it has been painful.

My husband wants to adopt my daughter, who is from another man. How do we go about doing this? Also would he have the same rights as if it was his daughter all along?

A friend of mine is currently working and engaged to a man with a very high salary (over six figures). They plan on having 5 children right away after the wedding since they are both 30 and don't want to be having babies still in their 40's. He is demanding that she sign a pre-nup because she wants to quit working to become a stay-at-home mother and he doesn't think that the job is all that tough so if they are to get divorced she shouldn't be rewarded with any type of divorce settlement or keep their $3mil home since she never "worked" during the marriage. I am just wondering what kind of work is involved trying to raise 5 children all under the age of about 7 or 8? While cooking and cleaning a 6,000 sq ft home on your own without any help from maids, cooks, nannies, etc.. I feel bad for her because he basically calls her lazy when she tries to tell him how much work is involved with kids. He usually just replies with "not really". Any ideas/thoughts/opinions? Please share...

My daughter is pregnant and her sister is giving her a shower. We don't want to do the traditional games. Anybody have suggestions for other baby related things to do at the party? We thought maybe "baby scrapbooking" but space is very limited.

my sons are 9 years apart and I see nothing wrong with it, big brother is mature enough to help out and it's sort of like having 2 only children because you re-live everything again

when I am in labor. I am offended, I want to share the experience with him. He says that men were not commonly in the delivery room until the past few decades. He is old-fashioned and has a weak stomach. Do I have a right to be offended, should I try to convince him?

Girlfriend might be pregnant, which is not what we want. Her last cycle was 22 January, but due to being on/off the pill (which is why we're scared) she had three cycles in January. If she conceived, it happened on the 6th of Feb. She missed her last cycle two weeks ago. Now, none of the home pregnancy tests taken (EPT and Home Response Early Result) have come back positive, but she says from an earlier pregnancy that resulted in a miscarriage she didn't show then until late. I've asked her to get a blood test, but she doesn't want to (works at the hospital and doesn't want to "start rumors") From reading up on the tests, especially the Home Response, it seems like in most people that should have shown a positive result if she was pregnant. Testing indicates that test can detect hCG as early as 1 day before a missed cycle and now it's two weeks after a missed cycle. Also, would it be correct to say the three rapid cycles in January would disrupt/delay the next cycle? Please help!

was extremely difficult since I have flat inverted nipples. My daughter would fall asleep at the breast and it was so hard to wake her up, and she would cry way to much and was always hungry. Finally when I got my supply in at two weeks and she got the hang of it and liked the breast, I got a really bad infection and was put on antibiodics, metronidizole and ciprofloxicin. My obgyn and her pediatrician said to bottle feed her formula for one week while on the medicine. My mom said that it seemed odd to her to do this because most antibiotics are still breastfed friendly. I even triple checked with la leche league and a leader said it to be odd as well and to get a second opinion and gave me two different doctors numbers which only one got back to me late after 5days. She told me that those two medications are now accepted and ok to breastfeed approved by the Board of the Academy of Pediactirics. My supply- low,1oz,15min abreast, slow,I handexpressed for 5days and we have to restart.HELP!

My baby is almost 2 months old. We've been using condoms to prevent another pregnancy so soon. I'm breastfeeding and have not yet started my cycle again. Recently one condom broke. Is it possible to get pregnant again so soon?

We have a child who has ADHD and SPD. He is wonderful during the day because he is on med's.
However at night he will not settle down, We had tried sleeping medicine and at first that worked but he got use to it and he is already on the highest dose that he can SAFELY get.
I feel very bad for our neighbors because he will keep them up most nights and they just had a new baby so I understand that they would HATE us and want to see us leave.
However now because our landlord won't kick us out due to his disability they are making things up. and we would love to find a new place but we have not found a rental home in our price range and currently we are trying to get a loan to buy a home.
Every time I try to talk to our neighbors about this they walk away.

Does anyone know of any programs that will help people caring for someone with a disability get into there own home?
Or just any company's that will get anyone into a home?

Also any tips on this matter would be helpful...Thanks

I am about to be a mother. We don't live near any family and friends and will not entrust our baby into the hands of strangers at this point. So I am basically going to be working out of the house only two days a week. I am normally a career woman, so would like to hear any suggestions of jobs that I could do from home that are profitable.

Ok i might sound niave but i'm not. I have 2 kids aged 4(boy) and daughter9. I have decided to split them bathing togething but as you can imagine this is now a chore in washing their hair etc as they both like a soak and play in the bath.
I am a single dad and not great with grooming of girls hair all though i do try my best.
Should i now encourage my daughter to have baths and wash herself and wash her own hair
