I had my implanon taken out on wednesday and I was on my period - as soon as I got it taken out my period stopped - today I have slight cramping and a little bleed - How long can it take to get my body back to normal? Could I become pregnant this early on after removal?

Not sure how long it takes for all the hormones to leave your system, but if they are of a reduced presence or not there at all then of course you can become pregnant! If you are trying to conceive, then it is ideal to wait 3 months after stopping hormonal BC before trying, but that's not to say a pregnancy won't happen. My friend got pregnant less than a month after stopping the patch. Every woman's body is different, some take longer to get back to normal. Some women may ovulate like crazy at first and others may not ovulate at all at first. They also say if you had menstrual problems before, then it is very likely you will revert back to those problems once stopping hormonal birth control.(I.e-heavy bleeding, irregular periods, etc). Give your body time to adjust, good luck!
