my girlfriend started her period on oct 31st and it ended on nov 6th in which she also took the morning after pill. for some reason she started to bleed again on the 11th and it didnt end until the 15th...is this normal? she had two periods in one month....??
What could this mean? Do you think this is just a hormone inbalance? When should she expect her next period??

Well, here it goes. I am pregnant. I was originally scheduled to give birth on Friday Dec 8. My husband made plans with his job to take the days from the 8th to the 12th off. Yesterday, I had to go in for a doctor's appt. He always goes with me, but he is out of town due to his job, so I went alone. The doctor informed me that this would be best if scheduled for Dec 6. Personally I think the doctor had things to do on the 8th, but hey it's too late now to change doctors. So, I called my husband and told him about the change. I want nothing more than to have him there with me when I am giving birth. He now thinks I did this on purpose because we had been fighting and is acting like it's all my fault he might not be able to be there, because he might have to be out of town for that day. What should I do? I have about a week before I go into the hospital and I am feeling really depressed with all this, plus the stress of having the baby

Delta Airlines have done it again! A woman nursing her child was removed from the flight. Maybe she should have put fake blood on her breast and smeared it on her and the child. Perhaps that would have been more "natural"?

I am 15 weeks pregnant and just beginning my second trimester... the first trimester was a breeze! No morning sickness, tenderness, none of that! I have NEVER had a headache in my life, but starting last week I have had constant headaches all day long, back pain, buttocks pain, etc. When will this go away!?? lol

Here it is once and for all. If you have unprotected sex at any time during your cycle you could easily be pregnant. If you have sex with protection you have a chance of being pregnant. If you have manual or oral sex you can NOT get pregnant unless you are taking C** from his member and putting inside you (stupid) If you have sex on your period you can get pregnant. If your period is late you could be pregnant. If you are unsure as to how to get pregnant you should not be unsupervised on this site. If you need information on pregnancy get a book or go to a doctor or ask your mom. If you need answers on it in an educational manor... There are many useful websites that are educational. Further more nobody on this site can diagnose your would be pregnancy over the internet
Got it.....
thanks for listening to my rant.... but do you agree?

Just curious. For me it was raw onions and slushies from Sonic. I hated meat. I had to force it down. To this day, I can't eat a pork chop.

So, the dilemma is, I am working fulltime. I pay a babysitter who lives 20 miles away from me (closest one I could find believe it or not) to watch my four month old for 125 a week. I get paid bi-weekly and bring home (if I am lucky) 600 every two weeks. So, a little less than 300 a week and after a babysitter, its 175. Take away the gas for there and back twice a day for the week, I am looking at bringing home a little less than a hundred dollars a week.

It's not that I have a bad paying job. I get paid nine dollars an hour which is above average for around here, but to work and bring home less than what you pay a babysitter is ridiculous.

So my question (finally), is what is the program called in which you get help paying for childcare?

This is my son's first christmas, and he is only 4 months, so it's not an issue yet. I told my mom that I am not going to tell my son about santa. She was appalled, and very upset. Also I don't want my son being the one to tell other kids the truth about santa, so I don't know what to do. I know Santa is a special thing about christmas, but that is not what the holiday is all about. I am not super religious, but I want him to know the real meaning of christmas. I just dont like the idea of blatently lying to my child. I remember when I found out, I was extrememly upset, and I don't want that to happen to my son...

I'm going to name my son (who is due in January =^-^=) Aiden. But I can't decide on a middle name.

I'm partial to Alexander, Thomas, Elijah, and Lee... any suggestions?
If you have any other name ideas, feel free to let me know.

My friend is a (older) first time mother--her daughter is only three months old. She's had a rough pregnancy, labor, and now is having trouble with her daughter. We cannot relate on any parenting, pregnancy, or delivery topic. She's called parenting a disappointment and has also called her daughter a "nescience." I have, luckily, had a very easy time so far with parenting, pregnancy, and labor.

She told me today basically that it was not fair that my pregnancy was not at the "right" time yet I have had an easy time with everything. She was not joking. I'm a young mother. I feel I do things great--so far what I do has worked for me.

I've explained to her parents and children have different styles. I've tried to point out the good things she does. I've tried everything I can think of to make her feel better. Could she possibly have post-partum? I feel like she resents me for my accomplishments at a young age--in a sense things she has yet to do. How do I deal with this?

What do you think about the following boy names? We will most likely use Robert as the middle name since it comes from both sides of the family. Our favorite boy names so far are:

Cole, Owen, Titus, Joseph, and Jack

Last name is Kirby.....any opinions would be appreciated! We're kind of feeling stuck.
