take a blood test, then you know.
by the way, sometimes pregnancy symptoms occur because you are to worried about the possibitliy of actually being pregnant. that happened to me before, i would have sworn i was pregnant, i had hurting, swollen breasts, weird food cravings, headaches, i was more tired than usual, i gained weight and so on... my period was overdue as well, and i took two pee test that turned out negative. i already made a doctor appointment for a blood test, as my period finally arrived... over 10 days in delay. i still took the blood test to be on the safe side, because some women still have some kind of bleeding mistaken for their period or actually have their perios during pregnancy. no matter if you are pregnant or not, theres always solutions. let me know if you need someone to talk to who wouldnt judge. id be there

The drug Depo Provera should NEVER be administered to a woman who thinks that she may be pregnant!
Did you tell the doctor that you were afraid that you were pregnant? Do you have good reason to think that you may be pregnant? Did you have unprotected sex? Did the test that the doctor did consist of a blood test or was it merely a urine test? If the test that was done at the doctors was a urine test that does not mean that you are not pregnant. You should never have let her give you that shot if there was any chance that you were pregnant. All I can think of is that for some reason the doctor was certain that you were not pregnant. Were you on the shot in the past few months? That would lead the doctor to doubt that you could be pregnant?
I do not have anything positive to say to you. The only thing that you can do is hope that you were not pregnant. If you were the shot will undoubtedly cause you to miscarry. I am sorry. I don't know what else to say.
If there is anything I can say to you that might help please write to me.
Call your doctor and tell her what your concerns are. Maybe she did not understand how concerned you were that you may have been pregnant. In any case it was irresponsible of her to give you the shot after you talked to her.
You need to find another doctor.
Please do call the doctor and ask her what you should watch for if in fact you were pregnant.
Feel free to write to me if I can be of any help.
Tale care and good luck.

If your cycle started on monday, you probably are not yet pregnant. In any event, if you tested negative on a pregnancy test, you probably are not pregnant.

There's going to be a big problem with the shot if you are pregnant, so if you really think that your doctor was wrong, get a second opinion immediately.

i have been waiting for 2 weeks to get my shot since i missed my "window." my doctor gave me a urine preg test, which was negative. she had me go take a blood test 1 1/2 weeks later (yesterday) and that i would not have sex during that time (hubby deployed).
if that test is again negative she will give me the shot today. as she put it, "I will be doing you no favors, by giving you the shot if you are pregnant."

The implications of pregnancy are that you had sex. With a man.
