I am a new mom. My baby is 3 weeks old. I only pump just for the fact the I've never really produced enough milk for her so I pump and supplement with formula so I can somewhat regulate how much she is taking in. Lately, I haven't been able to pump as much. Everyday it seems I get less and less. I have the best pump, and it works great... I just don't have the same amount of milk as I used to. Is there something I can do to increase my milk supply?

I used Eucerine and baby Aveeno and they seem to make his eczema worse. I think my baby is allergic to cow's milk protein and Aveeno had milk protein in it and it's supposed to be hypoallergenic. Any suggestions? Has anyone tried Cetaphil? Is this mild enough for baby face?

I was just curious on where most people have their kids carseat placed in the car. I have a 5 month old and everywhere I look I see them in different places in the back seat. Yes, I know you only have 3 choices!!! Where and why do you put the carseat there?

Grandson was born with a cleft palate. Not a cleft lip. It was surgically repaired. He's 2 yrs old and still does not talk. Is this normal? Does anyone know from experience?

When is a good age to put reading to a baby as part of his nighttime routine? We have a 2 1/2 month old and we have a bedtime routine for him - taking a bath, getting rocked & fed. What's a good age to put reading him a book into that routine? Right now when we periodically try he doesn't even really look at the book - he just looks at a lamp or something :) At what age will he actually begin being interested in the book?

I am planning to breastfeed and was just wondering what others think about expressing milk and feeding from bottles? Do you think you need to or is it possable to just breastfeed.

Im just worried that being the only one feeding will be too much for me, also that my partner wont be involved, but at the same time dont want to bother expressing if i dont have to.

Just wondering what others have done and how you feel about it as id like to make sure i have everything (bottles ect if needed) before the birth.

Thanks

My son is 6 months old and he is in the 97th percentile in all his growth areas. He is just quite frankly a big kid. My question is he is getting to be too long for his carseat to be rear facing, would it be ok to turn his seat around? His legs are getting to be too long and he is having to bend his little legs while in his car seat. He has already out grown his infant carrier (his head was over the top of the back of the seat)

I am going to discuss this with his dr on thursday when he goes for his 6 month check up but I was curious if any other mother's out there have experienced the same thing, if you have how did you handle the problem?

My son was born with red hair and my husband and I are both blonde. So we are hoping it will change. He has blonde eyebrows and the roots of his hair appear blonde. I have naturally very light blonde hair and it is so weird for me to have a red haired child. My daughter was born with dark brown curly hair and is now blonde. Her hair never fell out, it just changed over time. It seems like a lot of people are born with darker hair and it turns red, but I haven't heard from anyone who had red hair at birth and then it changed. Thanks for any info.

Do I NEED breast pump? Last time I found they didn't work worth a darn and they are so expensive, I was thinking of not getting one this time.... It has been years since my last baby and so I wanted your opinion... are they necessary?

Also, where can you get cheaper nursing bras then the brand name ones from maternity stores? Not online.. I need to fit them properly in person.
