my son is 8 went he to see his dad for the weekend his dad talks about me in front of my son (his dad say that i'm a slag, *****, and i dont love my son). My son comes home crying because he has be told this from his and i tell my son that i love him very much and it hurts me to see my son like this, my son is my world and i dont know what else i can do. I have be to the court and we have to go back again soon. how can i help my son to get thought this.

please dont put me down i have be thought it for 8 years and you dont know me

m a 10th grade student. An 11th grader Sarah likes to be obnoxious to me. She keeps touching me. I have asked her several times to politely stop on different ocassions but she continues too. As I was walking out of english today she touched me and I snapped. I said dont ever fu*king touch me agian. She laughed and mimced me. Well my periods are usually regular, and pretty heavy... I am really getting concerned because this is the second month in a row that my period has been off track! I am trying to get pregnant have been for six months now, and I am afraid something might be wrong... We thought we were pregnant because my breasts have been very sore, and I had to buy a bigger bra, as well I have been nauseous... I only threw up a hand full of times, but then I got my period. I had it for two days... is something wrong?

My daughter is now almost 2 months old, and she was conceived from rape by my ex boyfriend. I never reported it, however I do have emails where he admits to doing so. He moved states away, but when I had my daughter he moved back. I have allowed him to see her, but he is getting very creepy. He calls several times a day, randomly shows up at my house, is outside my house and doesn't even tell me... and he tells people we are together even though we aren't. He is completely obsessed. When I was still pregnant he threatened to kill me and kidnap my child, I have a text message to prove that. He was also physically abusive in our relationship, and I have emails to prove that as well. He also has been seeing a counselor whom he has told all of those things to.
He is not on her birth certificate And I don't want him around her anymore... Is it possible to get full custody of her, and to get a restraining order?

there's this guy i like (see question labeled "Teenage question:older advise welcome'') anyhoo, we were throwing a football around after church last night and just talking and he asked when my family was goin to sea world. i said next week sometime (during spring break). and he said, yeah, we're going to Busch gardens next week and i said oh, i want to go there so bad, and he said why don't you come with us, and i said i don't have any money, and he said, it's just $60, and i was like, i know but i'm saving remember? (i had previously told him i was saving for a video camera because i like to make movies and music videos, which when i do get it, David will be the star of all future projects, he said he would do it) and he's like right and sounded dissapointed. i have $70 and i need $150 more for the camera, should i continue saving or go to the Busch Gardens with him and his family?

I have a 11 yrs old girl, who refuses to try to get to know my new husband.. we have a son, She adores him but refuses to try to be part of our family.. already tries to kill herself, we have been to couneslings.. family programs u name it.. we did that.. Ive set " limit and love" but she still will not try.. and tries everything to hurt each one of us.. verbally.. now that she will be moving back home with us from my parents.. where she stayed .. ( she s got my parents on her side..) she will be moving back in couple weeks.. Im trying to think of everyway to make everyone get along.. Our son has been a contiuous problem for many years now.
We have had multiple therapists, counselors,private schools,residential centers,police intervention etc.
The problems continue.

He is destroying things in our house, punch holes in the walls, broke our door nearly in half etc etc. Completely disrespectful, steals our money, stole our digital camera etc etc.

On mot recent incident he split our bedroom door nearly in half. He is 17. We had the police come for this incident. And while they said we could not press charges they because they see it as a "dispute" they did say that we could turn him over to the state. But I have heard conflicting statements about doing that. Is it as simple as filling out the paperwork? We are tired,our house is in chaos, our younger daughter is not getting the attention she needs because so much energy needs. As I said, we have been to therapists and counselors.

How can we turn him over to the state. We live in California.

my son is 16y/o and his gf is 15 y/o i talked to her father today and we started talking about teen sex and he told me that his daughter is still a virgin (she is not ) so i told him that his lil girl and my son have been to planed parenthood to get birth control and i have caught them having sex in my house when they thought i was at work

went i caught them she was only wearing a t shirt and a blanket she did not respond the way i think she sould have she just smiled at me and told me they where looking in my other son's room for a condum there was no shame or anything like that

her father told me she is sooo grounded for lying to him and not coming to him before having sex
