Do you find it hard to find clothes that fit? I can only find clothes that are either too small or too big.

Why shouldn't they?? AND, I won't take "Because they're ugly" as an answer. Large women were and are admired by artists because they're beautiful...I will admit, however, that the statement I just made doesn't fit ALL large women...but still, there's no humane reason why people should hate fat people.

my son will be 13 next month and has had a crush on a friends sister ....she is 16.....now I know that is not unusual at all......however she is recprocating the crush and she is starting to call him. I told him that is not allowed to happen and I hvae even told her not to call. I am afraid it could lead to more than a simple school boy crush because she is a little "fast"...any advise on how to handle this situation???

My mom or dad have not given me the talk yet but I pretty much know what it is. My friends tell me advice at shcool and basically they are like my mom. My moom didn't really even talk to me when I got my period. I have 2 older sisters that my mom gave them the talk to. WHy not me? My sister that actually lives in the states tells me some stuff. But not alot. How do I approach my mother or should I just keep asking my friends.?

If yes, how long do you allow them to get? If no, how do you control it? Do you make her cut them herself or do you still trim them for her? Do you get resistance from her when you cut them?

My eldest daughter is ten and wants to start shaving her legs, my wife says no, but I am unsure. My argument is that her hair on her legs is quite dark and now that she is going swimming with the school I am worried about bullying. My wife thinks that she is still too young and that once she starts shaving she'll be doing it forever. My daughter wants to shave her legs as it will make her feel/appear more geown up. What do you think?

My daughter is 15yrs and is a follower of my house rules which are probably quite strict, but not without reason. Meaning that they are consistant and do not bend. However, she has had a boyfriend for about 6 months of who I disaprove of as he is a BAD BOY (15) who has and is often in trouble with the law. I cannot split them as I have tried and I can only punish her if she does wrong. I have waited for them to split naturally which has not happened and they claim to be in love.
My problem is that he has difficulty following my house rules and he will not do as I ask when asked to go away or not harrass her when she is upset with him. In my opinion he treats her with intimidating tactics and threats of finishing. He is someone that you can talk to once you have got past his initial anger but it is the anger and pure defiance that I cannot deal with. Has anyone any ideas as i am at the end of my tether and I cannot take him getting in my hubbies face cos he knows he cannot touch him.

I don't believe that. I think there were always kids who started having sex when they were 11-13, only now they are less ashamed to admit it.

when i started going to HS i was surprised to find out so many teens were having sex. idk if they did this in middle school too but nobody in my middle school (a private religious school) was having sex and most of them werent dating. im nat against dating, iv only been on one date though, and im not against kissing, either even tough iv never done it. but i am puzzled at why so many people would want to have sex. do they not realize that they will regrett theis in the future, they could have a baby, they could catch diseses? have they never noticed that every person who had sex in high school never comes back in old age saying it was a good discision? why are they doing this? i know my spelling sucksbut i realy dont care.

There is this one game that students play at my school called zap. Someone writes a name on your hand and a time. You are expected to ask that person out on a date by the time written. I usually don't participate, but a couple of my friends do and I think one guy is going to ask me out. How do I figure out whether he's gonna ask me because of the zap or because he really likes me? (He's kinda rude to me and I don't really know him at all. I used to know one of his friends really well, but I got mad at him because I liked him but he started dating this one girl I don't like and now he's kinda being manipulative so I'll be interested. When my friends say hi to him, he acts really badly and completly ignores us; especially around his gf. I'm still afraid to talk to him because of his new gf. I have an odd feeling though that the original guy is not gonna ask me out now though because I kinda gave the signal that I wouldn't go out with him.)
