Let me ask the question correctly since obviously you never learn how to use the English language properly.
When you were 14 years old, what did you always think of?
It is were not was
It is of not off
You can't say "you use to think of every time in your mind."
Where else are you going to think, out your ***?
Now to answer your question, I thought mostly about girls, sex, school.

When i was 14 i was with my friends more than i was at home. So i prolly thought about my friends, boys and skating. I was addicted to skating!
