I would think that the only way she could is if her parents would agree to it. If your brother wants to see the baby, but is not being allowed, then he needs to contact a lawyer. They can not legally deny him contact with his child. If she does not want to live with her parents then she needs to go to a lawyer and see if there is anything that she can do.

I don't know how it works where you live but there are ways to legally move out before being 18. My mom married and moved out at 16, so I know it can be done legally. Emancipation...you have to go to court and show a good reason for it though.

First of all the correct word is minor not miner
I hope you are like 8 or younger since you can't use English or spell correctly.
Although I doubt it!
To answer your question, she can move out since she has had a child, to move in with the baby's father.

I dont think occupation has anything to do with it. It doesnt matter if you are a buisnessman or a coal miner or a Mcdonalds worker.
Brothers Babys Mother? wtf? cant you just say "girlfriend" or something? Thats so unpossesive. I hate that people cant take responsibility for things like that. Its always "my babys father" or "my babys mother" you cant say "my girlfriend" or "my wife" or whatever??
anyways, she could come stay for a certain amount of time before it gets illegal.

miner?
is the baby not allowed by the parent, or by the law (ie restrainig order)
if its by law, the probably not unless the brother does not live with the mother.

it really depends on where you live. Emancipation may be the only way she could get out of her parents house. go to google and look up Emancipation laws for your state

You need to ask an attorney. It varies state to state, but I doubt it.
