i worried whether too much cough can effect the baby. pls suggest

My baby is 3 months old and for the last 2 weeks she's been sleeping from 8:30p to 6:30am. Now she has gone back to waking up around 2am and 4am (wants a bottle at 4). We havent' changed our routine at all. Any ideas? (We have increased her formula during the day to make up for the night).

Hi All,

I just had my ultrasound at 18 week. I found out that I am having a girl. I have strong preference for boy though this is my first baby. When I found out its a girl I feel totally depressed. Since the time I found out I could not stop crying. I always pictured my family with a first boy. My husband is perfectly fine with a girl and he is trying his best to cheer me up but I have lost all the interest. Please help. I dont want to ruin the beauty of being mom but at this moment cant think about anything else and grieving all the time. Even I lost 4 pounds in 2 days. I am not able to connect myself with the baby though I am trying really hard. Cant sleep and eat... Please guide.

Ok... I am almost positive that my last period began on November 22, 2006 and I did have a normal menstrual cycle. According to that, my doctor gave me the due date of August 29, 2007. I've plugged this into pregnancy calculators and they all say that according to those dates, I probably conceived between Dec 6th and Dec 10th. I had an ultrasound early in my pregnancy which gave the due date of Sept 2, 2007 which would make a Dec 10th conception day more accurate I think. Anyway.... I was with one guy on Dec 14th, but we did not have intercourse. However, we were naked and the genitals did come in contact with eachother, but he never entered me and he never came - though there may have been precum, I am not sure. I did, however, have unprotected sex with my boyfriend a week (give or take a few days) before that, I am just unsure of which day exactly and he did go inside of me. My doctor said she is 99% sure that this baby is my boyfriends, but I just wish I could be sure.....

My seven month old daughter is beginning to whine a lot and also to throw little mini temper tantrums! I am not sure how to handle this because I wasn't really expecting it until she was a bit older. It's not appropriate to discipline a baby like you would a toddler, so I don't really know what to do. It also is getting quite irritating because I'm with her all day and my extended family seems to think it is "cute"!
Mostly she does this when I need to put her down in order to complete a chore. I give her lots of attention and playtime and interact with her, but I like to think I also encourage her to be independent....I put her down on a blanket with favorite toys so she can play and I give her time in her jumparoo where she can see me for short periods of time.
This is a recent development....she only does it with me. I try to redirect her by distracting her with a different toy or sometimes I simply tell her "no" and finish up what I am doing. What do other people recommend?

Hiya
I am currently 4 weeks preg
I have terrible heartburn...its dinner time and im peckish but the thought of food makes me feel sick and more heartburny lol

Help...advice on what to have (craving a fizzy drink but i know it will give me more heartburn)

for the past month ive had bad headaches off n on, ive been super tired - sleepin more than usual, n on a crazy schedule, no matter what i eat i never seem to get full, ive had stomach pains, as well as feelin dizzy at times n my eyes feelin strained and blurry (also causing headaches), tho it mite be tmi, ive also had alot of gas and trips to the bathroom (for #2...sorrie!)...anyways, immediatly i thought i was preggy, but wasnt sure..ive had no nausea, no tenderness of my breasts, no cravings or anythin, n my periods r always irregular so when it didnt come, it was nothin unusual to me..i do know that not all women have those common symptoms when they first are preggy, but is there a chance i might be, or is it all in my head? should i wait for a period (havin no idea when it might come), or get a hpt -- or docs appt? what do you all think? am i havin the more uncommon signs of pregnancy??

My boyfriend and i had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago and he came in me and i am going to take a pregnancy test in the morning i am just wondering if i should its 5 days till my period and i have very sore nipples and i am very moody (more than normal) i just need some advice here thanks alot in advance

but when she hah her first scan they found a small cyst could this be why it took so long to conceive? also i have been trying to conceive for nearly a year and now i wonder if too could have a cyst? is it common?

Okay, I had sex on the 20th, and 23rd of July (ovulation time) - I thought I experienced implantation bleeding on the 28th, lasted on and off until the 30th, when it quit completely (this was only when wiped, light pink/brown). After it stopped on the 30th, I did a home test, negative, went to the ER for stomach pains, they did a blood test, negative...isn't it too early to tell even on a blood test if implantation had just finished?? Last time I took a HPT was on the 6th - negative...but wouldn't just 7 days after implantation be too early to show a positive on a test?? I am now late for Aunt Flow, and kind of nervous about taking yet another test, just to have negative pop up. So as of today it will be 11 days after implantation occured...would it show up on a test?? It didn't show up 7 days after...so would it at 11?? Here are some of my symptoms...(updating in details, not enough room here)

I'm STILL nowhere near it feels.....i'm 40+3 and getting more and more upset it's not over yet x

I had a membrane sweep a week and a half ago and the next day for the WHOLE lost pink tinged jelly, which i understand is normal.

I had another one the following week and now for two days i've been losing snot like mucus but it is NOT blood tinged....is this because i lost that the week before??? i'm seeing a m/w tomorrow but really wanted to ask before then.

I'm really in need of answers as i just want to go into labour and not be induced, please help.
