I'd like to start giving my four month old some rice cereal--I mixed 1 tblspoon of cereal with 5 oz milk, but it won't come out through the nipple. Do I need to use a spoon?

Im 37+ weeks and have been 4 cm dialated and fully effaced for almost a week but baby was still way up, I woke up this morning with a ton of pressure and my belly is dropped way low, I already lost my "bloody show" and still bleeding a little. I feel really tired and sick today. How much longer until things just go? baby himself is measuring over 42 weeks.

About once every 1 1/2 weeks, i forget to take my birth Control pills at my normal time-9:00pm.
well, when i normally wake up the next morning i take the pill, around 10:00 am.

Signs of Not:
-I have missed my period before, and had my period the next month.
-i weigh 106 lbs and i'm 5"4, so i'm small.

Signs of pregnancy:
- I have been eating everything
-I have been peeing more than normal.
-missed pills


can everyone give me some help. Please.

I know the only way to find out it to get a test, but i am young so i don't have a car to go get one.

any info will help.

I stay at home with my 17 month old daughter. I want to try to home-preschool her just for a while. I want to start small such as getting her to learn some colors or objects. Right now she calls everything 'baby', and while it's so cute, it worries me that maybe I'm not doing all that I can for her. She acts like she's getting board with her toys and all she does it pull out her books and goes through them. Any ideas will be helpful, and any tips on how to keep her attention will help also.

Hi. I am a 15 year old female, and im very scared/worried. My boyfriend and i engaged in unprotected sex 4 weeks ago. I am aware it was a STUPID decision..we were caught up in the moment and not really thinking. Well, He was only in for a little while, and i made him pull out at the first sign of "getting the feeling," although he wasn't even close. After that, i gave him oral sex for at least 10 minutes, until he came. I was wondering, what are the chances of me being pregnant? I know i can trust him, and he swears up and down that he wasn't even close, and i even brought up the subject of pre-*** to him. I also mentioned how i read that if the male hasn't urinated since the last ejaculation, leftover sperm could be pushed through the urethra. He says he CAN feel it happen, that it happened while i was giving him oral sex, and that he urinated that morning. (We had sex at about 9:00am.)I've been having stomach pains, but they're not only in my stomach, i also get them in my chest and back, and my ribs are sore, so im not sure if that is a symptom of pregnancy. I'm just VERY scared that i could possibly get pregnant. I forgot to mention that i was on the last or second to last day of my period.

My boyfriend and his guy friends tell me not to trip, but i can't help it! I'm not ready to hae a baby yet, but my boyfriend and i have been together for 2 years and we're closer than most couples. I may be 15, but i realize what a mistake i've made and i know it was a stupid decision. I've talked with him about birth control, and we both agreed that for sure we'll use condoms. We had sex after that time, but he wore a condom AND i didn't let him ejaculate while we had sex.

My periods are almost never regular, and i'm pretty sure that's normal with girls my age, and i've heard me stressing about this (which i have been-at some points i'd just break down and cry, and i assume every ache and pain is because of pregnancy.) I don't know!

i called and talked to my sons doctor and he told me i could change his formula from enfamil lipil with iron to enfamil proSobee lipil....he has only been on it a day and i can tell with somethings that its better,like he isnt as gasy and hasnt been spitting up as much....but after i feed him i try to burp him but he doesnt burp are much and also when i lay him down for his nap when he wakes up he vomites...not the whole amount i fed him but i would say close to an ounch in vomit...i was wondering is this because i changed his formula and his body is not used to it or could it be that his body isnt agreeing with this formula?...and if its just that his body isnt used to it yet..how long will it take for it to adjust to the new formula?thank you and happy holidays!!

Well my good freinds Mom just approached me and asked if I would tutor and help with her younger son's homework. I said yes but she wanted to know how much I would want. See I have been very close to this family for many years so I don't want to rip them off but it is a real pain to get the kid to do his homework. When i babysit him I always get $8 an hour but I have noticed when you get a tutor from my school they always charge$10 an hour and they are students as well. My husband ordered some things from a boy who was about 9 or 10, who had come to our door. It was a school fundraiser.

The items never came.

Yesterday, the school principal phoned, said that the boy had not turned in his sale papers, nor his cash. The principal said that he would mail out the $20 my husband had paid the boy for the items.

I think it would be a better lesson for the boy if he were made to go, with an adult, and apologize to all people who had placed an order with him. He should return their money, himself.

My hubby says I am being silly. Having the money mailed back is enough.

Do you agree with hubby or with me?

I picked my first sons name as soon as i fell pregant - being adament i was having a boy and always wanting a son named after my dad. Im now expecting baby no 2 and dont know the sex. Me and my partner and completely stuck for names for either a boy or girl. He thinks we should wait till its born but im worried that we stil may not pick one meaning the baby remains nameless for days or week or even worse we pick something we only half like and later regret. my nephew is five years old and yesturday he broke his femur bone, he is now in a body cast all the way up to his chest and will be in it for the next 6-8 weeks. what are some things I can suggest to his mother to help him and the family make it as comfortable for him.? any activities or games?
