Yes, yes -- a doctor will be asked -- just wanted to do a little asking myself, first.

Am interested in what other people's doctors considered safe, too.

I was allowed to take benadryl, when I was pregnant. I always used my nursing pillow to prop me and my tummy up and or between my knees...and you can try on your left side, to relieve pressure on some of your larger organs and some veins. (I was on bed rest from 26 weeks with my first and 28 with my 2nd, so I had do learn some way to get comfortable) Also maybe a cup of warm decaf tea with some milk and honey or a warm bath. Also try vanilla or lavender aromatherapy Good luck!

i've got taken OTC sleep drugs and that's undesirable. i think depressing day after today. whether, I even have infrequently any edge impacts (in any respect) from Ambien. comparable is going for Lunesta. curiously Lunesta isn't as habit-forming as Ambien. they say that Ambien could basically be used for short classes of circumstances vs. long-term. My physician says he often prescribes it for human beings interior the well-being center, not human beings scuffling with sleep at domicile. thinking how undesirable OTC sleep drugs is it may well be superb if a minimum of Lunesta have been obtainable OTC. it variety of feels to be 10x greater helpful than the different stuff that makes be experience rotten.
