I have been using the "let go and let God" approach to conceiving and have felt in the past that if it is going to happen, it will happen naturally. But after 13.5 months of trying I am wondering if I should try an ovulation predictor kit or skip straight to fertility counseling. I have a regular cycle every 32 days (give or take a couple of days every now and then) and I usually experience mittleschmirtz around ovulation. I desperately want to get pregnant but since I suffer from pms and experience all the sypmtoms some women get during the two weeks before their period i.e. cramps, headaches, sore muscles, fatigue, irritability, increased hunger and sleep, swollen and tender breasts, you name it I get it. I am so disappointed every month and am wondering if I should just keep letting nature control the situation or find out if there is a more serious problem of why I have not gotten pregnant. Can I seriously keep missing the small window of opportunity to conceive or what?

i baby-sit this girl and last time she didn't go to bed and i couldn't get her to either even when it was a while after her bedtime. How can i get her to go to bed next time? Also, how do i get them to stop fighting when one kid wants to do one thing with me while the other wants to play another game?

My son is 19 months old and it seems I can never make him happy.He seems bored and gets mad at his toys and won't eat and I just don't know what to do.I am also 29 weeks pregnant and can't constantly get on the floor to play.Any suggestions?

why in the world is everyone just soooo stupid and slow today?
i go to my doctors office today and my mom and i sit down at the admitting desk so they could call the lab to confirm that i was in the computer....well... i don't think this lady could have been any stupider.... the one thing that pushed her into and over the stupid line was when she turned to my mom and i and asks her "does she know that she is pregnant?" when the paper in front of her, that she has been looking over for the last 40 minutes, says that i am 29 weeks along. if anyone knows why or agrees with me let me know cause i don't want to feel alone in this crazy stupid world.

I watched my son walk down the store isle to pick out his favorite chips.There was a man stocking cans on the shelves there.He turned and called my little boy a ******* and a plauge.My son came running and crying back to me .I approached the man and asked him what he said and he told me to go get an education. Ok, heres the deal - I am pregnant with my second child, and when I first told my employer, they reduced my hours to 20 per week (that was awfully nice of them, wasn't it?). I have been collecting unemployment for the other 20 hours to compensate, because I wasn't expecting that to happen. Well, now I'm 8 and a half months and about to take my unpaid maternity leave but I guess dissability only pays 60% of my wages. My question is... should I just collect unemployment for all 40 hours now, or switch to dissability? I'm kinda new to this whole government paying my bills thing, so I don't really know what to do.

My daughter is 2 years old and has loved her bath time sense she was 3 months, but all of a sudden she got this fear of me putting water over her head to wash her hair, I can’t even show her the shampoo with out her screaming bloody murder. She will set in her bath all day and play but when it comes to washing her hair it’s the end of the world for her. It is so hard for me to wash her hair, and when I do everybody in the house comes running to the bathroom to see if she had fallen or hit her head because she is screaming so badly. Ok first off Im 16yrs. old, I 'll be 17 in 7 months.
My boyfriend and I just found out that Im pregnant. I was calculating some things up and I should be 4 wks and 5 dys preg.
I kind of happy I know that sounds wrong, but for some reason to me its no big deal.
The thing is, Im scared shitless of telling my parents...

and the only reason that is...

is because last year I was dating a horrible guy who treated me like **** got me pregnant and my parents absolutley hated him and thought I was too young, so they ended up making me get an abortion.

If that wouldnt of happend last year I dont think it'd be this bad now!

I have taken 5 pregnancy test, 4 said positive, 1 said negative. I have missed my period and I have a lot of the pregnancy symptoms. I went to the doctor today and they did a urine test in the afternoon (not first morning urine) and it said negative. They also took some blood to do a blood test and I'm waiting on those results to come back. Is it possible that the urine test from the doctor could be wrong and is it possible that the blood test is too early to show too? At most, I think I'd be about 4 weeks pregnant.

If it shows the ferning that day does that mean your ovulating that day? because some people on here say by the time that shows up then youve already ovulated...but i can feel the top of my cervix its really low and open and gooey..i know its gross SORRY!!!! and its been this way proably for 3 days.... but the ferning just showed up yesterday!!!

My son (6) and my little girl (13 months) are friends with our neighbor's boy (3). He always wants to come over and play with them, but he is very unruly and lacks home training. Even my baby girl understands NO and STOP THAT. With my son, it's no question. However, my son loves playing with this little boy, but I can only tolerate him in very small doses on a good day because he will not obey the rules in my house, he tells me to "shut up" and "go to hell" when I ask him to do something...THEN, when his mother finally comes for him, he does not want to leave, and so he's in my house punching her and calling her B words and screaming "I hate you mommy!" and biting her and thrashing...all while she is LAUGHING!!! Even my baby girl looks at him and then looks at me like, "WTF is wrong with him?"

Should I cancel their playing all together? Or talk to the mother about this? I don't want my kids thinking it's okay to act that way.

I believe my ex-wife had a baby before I met her. She probably would have had it in Missouri in 1975. Is it possible to go back to look in vital statistics (state and county) and get this information? If she indeed had a baby, it would have been put up for adoption.

James knows that 'Daddy' and I love him so much, it really gets me pissed when I am playing with Emma and Madison he goes, 'You love them moer than me. I know it!" It tears my heart out, we've tried to explain to him we love him just as much but they're babies and need more attention. He's been an only vhild for 4 years of his life, this was very sudden but we don't know what to do. At 27 and 29 years old we don't know how to control this sudden outburst of behavior! We thought we had the perfect child, we didn't have any terrible 2s or 3s and he got along fine with family and the older and younger kids down and up the road. We thought he would be ready for this. I need some mother to mother advice!

I really think that I might be pregnant, I cant take a test yet though because it is too soon. I have to wait until at least the 10th before testing will be accurate. I am not taking any BC and I didnt use any protection. (I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months now).. but now I think i may be having second thoughts... help!

*Nauseous and dizzy at times
*Hungry feeling all day
*Cramp-like feelings on my left side (near my ovaries)
*Extremely tired and moody
*Sort of sore feeling all over my body

I know that its too soon to REALLY have any symptoms, but I know that sometimes it does happen. I know that I am gonna have to wait and see what the test says, but I would like to hear some opinions.. what do you think?
