I am the same way and I am 6 weeks pregnant. I have been drinking water and juices and caffeine free drinks to make sure that I stay hydrated. I eat whenever I feel hungry, even if it is 200 in the morning. Good luck with everything. If you tell your doctor about it, sometimes they prescribe something for nausea, but that would be up to you to take.

You really cant do anything. Just eat every hour or two. Its ok. Eat a banana, then next a cup of applesauce, or things like that.
Go to http://preggiepops.com...those may help you. They helped me with my 3rd pregnancy but not with my 4th. Also you can go to any drug store and get Sea Bands. They will help also. You will just have to wait it out. I have been pregnant 4 times and super sick all 4 times. I am 24 weeks right now and my morning sickness(which was 24/7) didnt go away until I was 20 weeks. If your so bad you cant function properly then go to the DR and ask for a prescription. That is waht I had to do during this pregnancy. I tried Phenegran first and it didnt help too well, and put me to sleep, but I have 3 other kids to take care of so I couldnt be sleeping. SO then I tried Zofran, but its expensive. It only helped a little bit. Just talk to your doctor about it. Hope you feel better soon.

I had morning sickness for two months and the doctor told me to just eat 6 very small meals and if I couldn't keep them down just be sure to get lots of liquids. Her advice was don't worry so much about weight gain yet just be sure to have liquids. I couldn't drink a lot without throwing it up (water seemed to make it worse) so keep popsicles handy. They were a life saver for me. People always told me crackers but I had acid reflux and it didn't help me much. I am 20 weeks now and I find myself always hungry and eating. It will get better. Congrats and good luck. I hope things get better soon and you don't have to go through it as long as I did. By the way, when the baby first kicks, it will all feel worth it again so try not to let it get you down.
Oh ppl are telling you to take certain vitamins and herbs, DO NOT do this without consulting your doctor. Your situation could be very different so it may not be good for you.

I didn't really have the bad sickness just a daily consistant ache. I didn't hardly eat my first trimester and didn't gain any weight. Snack the best you can. You will be fine, just give it a few weeks and you will start to crave everything. Ginger is really good for easing off morning sickness and its harmless.

Whats your problem exactly? Cause this isnt one. Its normal. Smaller meals help with nasuia. Anytime your belly gets empty you will feet sick.
take 25ml of vitamin b6 three times a day, it will clear up the nausia. your doctor can tell you about it. It works great, i was back in action in a couple weeks. You have to take it at the same times every day though, and even when you feel fine.

First of all congratulations and secondly have you tried ginger. I found it to be the best thing for morning sickness. A couple of ginger biscuits when you wake up or snack on them when you feel you need to. Hope that works for you and good luck with the baby.

Ask your doctor about ensure drinks (no thyre not for old people)....they are like a complete meal with all the vitamins and they can come enriched with protein, calcium, or high energy. They really taste good too!!!! They arent large servings so u shouldnt have a problem finishing it.
