Hi..My name is Tiffany and I'm 21 years old. My husband and I just had a baby 8 months ago. Recently we have had sex twice without protection one of the times was like the day after I ended my period the other I think was like a week or two later..I just got my period the day before thanksgiving..I thought it was a normal period but it started out kinda light..but then it was dark and i used a tampon but it never got soaked then it was really brown. It only lasted about 4 days. I just took a pregnancy test yesterday morning and it was negative.It was a cheap test..like $2.00. I have been feeling sick and i'm just not sure. I dont know if its just that i want to be pregnant or if i really am. Could it have been to early to tell or just a cheap test?

So, the dilemma is, I am working fulltime. I pay a babysitter who lives 20 miles away from me (closest one I could find believe it or not) to watch my four month old for 125 a week. I get paid bi-weekly and bring home (if I am lucky) 600 every two weeks. So, a little less than 300 a week and after a babysitter, its 175. Take away the gas for there and back twice a day for the week, I am looking at bringing home a little less than a hundred dollars a week.

It's not that I have a bad paying job. I get paid nine dollars an hour which is above average for around here, but to work and bring home less than what you pay a babysitter is ridiculous.

So my question (finally), is what is the program called in which you get help paying for childcare?

About 8 weeks ago my wife and I had our third child. The first two are currently 4 1/2 and 20 months. The problem is that I don't feel as attached to my newborn as I do the other two children. With my first two children I was smitten from day 1 and would do anything to help with them or take care of them. With this new baby I don't feel the same way and often find myself blaming him for problems in our life. I didn't really want a third child, but we have him now so there isn't much I can do about that. How can I go about changing my feelings for him?

the doctor said she thinks i have fibroids and that she doesn't think i am pregnant but they only did a urine test. The funny think is she told me im not pregnant and then told me to take prenatals? Makes no since to me. any ways i still look and fill pregnant. so i am having an Ultrasound on dec 5th and my follow up app is not until Jan 12 cus i am having to go to a clinic cus insurance is still losing are papers for the 7th month now any ways i will let ya all know what happends on Tue ok later all

My son recently started daycare where he needs to bring his lunch. He is 21 months old, so it has to be something he can eat easily without too much mess. ok, my husband and I are trying to have another baby. I stopped taking my pills and I was supposed to start sunday, me and my husband had sex sunday and I started Monday and just bled that day. I havent been feeling too well and my boobs are sore. How early in pregnancy did your boobs start hurting?? Any advice would be helpful , thanks.

My baby just turned 11 months yesterday , he still not able to self feed and not good in sippy cup , whenever i give him the sippy cup he just play with it , how should i encourage him and till now he does not understand the word " NO" , and i havent start to read book to my baby , is it too late now , i tried to read some book last week but he try to pull the book and wants to play with it , he is very very active , how do i make him sit and listen to me ? and i need some book suggestion for this age ...

ive been trying for about 10 - 11 months now, i have irrigular periods but roughly around 30 days. my last period was 19th oct this is the longest. i was so sure i was pregnant but test negative could it be wrong?

I have been trying for a baby for 19 months with no joy, but this month I have had some really strong period pains and incredibly sore breasts (all classic signs that I am getting my period) although my period is not due for another week, and I have had these feelings for the past 2 weeks now. i have done a pregnancy test but it was negative, but I wonder if this is because I haven't actually missed my period yet, I don't understand why I have felt like my period is going to start for the past 2 weeks and still have another week to go, what do you think? Also, the period pain seems to be centred in my lower back which is unusual for me and my breasts have been alot more painful than they usually are when period is due, any opinions much appreciated

dear all,

The problem is for my friend. before 3 years she deliver a baby and baby died after few days because of heart problem. she was in bed rest in her pregnency.

Now after 3 years, she become pregnent again. (now 2 months). she took some infertility medicine to get pregenent. so, she got 2 babies. but one is died and still a blood clot in the one side of utress. other side of the utress is the healthy baby. she is bleeding since she pregnent.

Now the question:

Her doctor compelling her to do D&C to remove the blood clot. otherwise there may be infection. D&C may effect the other child also- she said. but compulserly do the D&C.

But some other doctors advicing that never do the D&C. it will kill the other baby. the blood clot will go automatically thru bleeding.

now she is in worry and confuse about to do D&C or not. if anybody knows better, please advice the correct answer.

i took the shot cos my circle started on monday.i think am pregnant cos my boobs are tender and nips sore.my time was late.i used a home kit twice but result was negative.i am unusually tired, breathless and neourseous for no just reason.i told all this to my doctor who said since i had done a test and was negative she'd suggest i take the shot and she gave me.please help me am sooooo worried.

My stepdaughter lives with my husband and myself and her mother lives 3 hours away. We have physical custody and they share joint custody. My stepdaughter needs to go in for her 6 month dental checkup and her mother insists that she get pulled out of school to see the dentist where she lives. Logic says that she should be established with a dentist in the area where she lives. The crazy woman is refusing to release the x-rays to the dentist we have chosen. What do we need to do to have these x-rays released?

My 10-week old daughter has run into a recent sleep pattern that I'd like to try to help her out of. Lately, she'll fall asleep for about 20 minutes during the day and then wake up. She's not always crying when I come in to see what's she's doing...sometimes she's just fussing a bit. But, 99% of the time, she looks completely awake as if she's just taken a 2-hour nap! Then, half an hour later, she needs another nap. This time, I'm positive she'll want to go down for longer, but no -- 20 minutes at the max! This continues throughout the daylight hours. (She actually does 3 to 4 hour stretches at night.) Anyone have any tips to help her sleep a bit longer? She used to take better naps...this is just a recent thing. I'm wondering if growth spurts can cause sleeplessness? (She's also got an enormous appetite :) and seems happy when she's awake to play.) I'm not crazy about the "cry it out" theories, because I don't want to miss a real problem she might have. Thanks!

ok long story short my bf now husband cheated on me, and got another girl pregnant, she didnt want the baby we all sat down talked about it and she has agreed to give him to us.. BUT she wants to leave to go to a different state as soon as he is born and she never wants to have anything to do with him.. but how do we do this.. i mean can we get a SSN for him and does the birthC come to us.. or what i mean never had a kid since i cant have child.. but this is confusing.. and he is due in 5 days.. kind of stressing me out.. plus on top of that i am taking him to hawiie to live after he is born because my husband is military and going to iraq. so i would need to get some kind of proff that i am the "caregiver" or whatever right.. im not sure how this all works...

My little girl is 6. She asked me to go in the bathroom with her the other day, she told me that she had white stuff in her 'mary', ( she means her vagina ) When I had a look she had a white mucus / dis-charge there. It isn't enough to stain her underwear, as it does when you are older.....but this has really worried me. She is the first girl in a long line of boys in the family, so I am not familiar with girls growing up!

Can someone tell me if this is normal for girls of this age or should I take her to the doctors.....there was no irritation or any thing like that.

My baby was born just the other day. I am unable to breast feed due to a nasty softball accident three years ago where my breast fell off sliding into second base. When I asked my doctor about feeding my newborn formula, he told me that formula would not be necessary, just stop by McDonalds and feed her a parfait. Is this ok to feed a newborn? Help please!!
