I just heard on the news that Greg (the yellow Wiggle) is leaving the group. Has anyone heard this? How will we break it to our kids?
We took our daughter to see them on her bday and he wasn't there. They said he had a hernia. Now he's leaving for health problems. So sad...

No I'm not in Australia, we saw them in Orlando. Yea you're right about the Barney kids changing but Greg is the MAIN Wiggle. He does most of the singing. LOL..

The Wiggles are going to make an announcement tomorrow before their new AU tour. It is believed that they will announce that Greg is leaving. He has been ill and the experts can't figure out what is wrong, exactlly. He has been fainting and feel very tired. The tours are just too much for him right now. He is going to take a break to rest and try to figure out his health problems. I got the impression, that this may not be forever. It is thought that he will be replaced by Sam Moran (who filled in for him in some concerts). It is a sad loss, but hopefully he will be back in a little.

I was sad to hear the news too. My 4 year old used to love them and still watches the shows every once in a while. I hate that he has health problems. I think it will be very hard to replace Greg..he was the best!

Oh, my prayers have been answered. I feel bad that this yellow Wiggle is sick though. But, do ya think that they can break up for good? I can't stand them and neither can my 3 yr old.
To all who have kids that love these "men" I'm sorry that they will be sad. But, he will be replaced and from what I read it doesn't look to be a permanent departure, but just a temp. Sounds like he'll be back in another year and in the meantime try to figure out what it wrong w/ him (besides being in the Wiggles).

im sure that they will replace him with someone else in a yellow shirt. its sad but don't make a big deal about it. if you do then your kids will too. just tell them that Greg had to leave because he has a tummy ache or something and that someone more fun will be coming soon.

It's sad, but your kids will get over it, like how Every new season of Barney, There are new kids, but then again, You seem to be Down under, sooo, that wouldn't be relevant to you.
