Pregnancy & Parenting - 22 November 2006

Is it normal to still be walking around comfortable and not awkward this far along? I'm not very big, but I had an ultrasound when I was 31wks saying he measured 1wk 6days bigger, and was told he was 4pnds 6oz. then. How can there be something in me that size when I'm not huge??? I look like I'm maybe 6months or so! I've gained 30pnds (started out at 118 and 5'6") so it's a good weight gain. Anyone else not feel big enough but had a normal sized healthy baby. Doctor always says I'm doing perfect, but how can he be sure when he doesn't even measure my belly, just presses on it. Wouldn't he forget my progress from one visit to the next if, since he sees SO many other women in between? 1st pregnancy by the way if you couldn't tell!!!!

My Daughter just started school this year and I was wondering is it wrong to decline sleepover requests? I do want my daughter to have and enjoy sleep overs but I think if we wait until they are a little older then 4yr old, they may be better w/ responsability. I have had her cousin sleepin over since she was a baby but she is also my neice so is it different? What do U think? How do U let a child know that U have different rules then their parents and visa versa? How will my daughter act @ other peoples house w/out me there?

Since the moment he was born, our son has slept with us, (my husband and I). We love to have him with us. When our son turned 10 we tried to explained to him that he needs to sleep in his room, we have tried everything!, nothing seems to work. Please help!

I got my test results back from my pap 11/20/06 along with an annual STD check. All is good..

Anyway I Ovulated last week and had sex everyday last week, now today I am having a lot of discharge.. Like clear and it leaks out on the toilet paper and all that. Is this a sign of pregnancy? I usually don't have any leakage like this. I'm on day 17 of my 25 day cycle I ovulate on like day 12, I know it's not an infection.

Could it maybe be semen coming back out from last week?

Hi am 23 and just graduated college and just started a job but it only pay 30,00 dollars a year. I am 5 1/2 months pregnant and single i have not told the father yet he is an English citizen we met while i was on vacation and he in college at Oxford.If i budget myself will i be okay? I mean i have a small savings of 10,000 dollars but i live in a small apartment only 1 bedroom . I also have to commute to New York everyday.And day care looks really expensive?any suggestions other than moving back in with my parents?

I asked this question yesterday and I'm asking it again. My husband and I are trying to come up with some names. Were not sure if were having a boy or a girl. Does anyone have any ideas? Our last name is Rath if that helps. Some of the names that we came up with are:

i have no problem watching my husband's children when he's working... sometimes 16 hour shifts even... but i think that when he returns from work HE should spend time with them. sometimes i make up excuses for places i have to go in order to MAKE HIM spend time with his children. He's angry with me today because he wants to go hunting BUT on Wednesdays his kids are here over night. am i wrong in being upset that he expects me to watch his kids all night while he is doing things for himself?

My daughter is turning 5 next month. I want to start allowing her to earn some money once a week by cleaning her room, picking up toys, etc. I am going to encourage her to start saving, and I will certainly allow her to buy a toy after she saves up enough money or something like that. I am a graduate assistant at the university I attend. When I accepted the position, I was asked to commit to at least 3 semesters of work. At the time, this seemed like the perfect situation, since that would guarantee that my tuition would be paid for at least those 3 semesters. Since my due date is July 6 (2007), I won't be able to work past the spring 2007 semester. I am extremely anxious about letting my supervisor know. They just finished training me, and now they'll have to find some one else and spend time training him or her. I feel like I'm letting her down, but I have no choice. Because I can't quit school, I won't be able to continue working since the baby will require all my time.

im still not over my ex...we were together for two months..
but in those 2 monthts...they were the best..
everyday he would call me..and we would talk for hours
and on myspace and AIM
and we went to the mall and movies..
