Ha. Your funny. I mean this is a joke right. If not than I have some questions for YOU...
Do you love him?
Do he see his daughter whenever he wants?
Is he not doing for his daughter already?
Do you know that most of the women who receive CS do not put it towards the child.

What you need to do is stay out of it. It's not your concern, even if you think you care about him.

Better yet go on and turn him in. But dump him soon after, at least that way you'll be doing him some justice after all.

By the way personally... I feel that some men are being railroaded on this child support thing. The BMs are can be %!@*$, they are greedy and perverse. I mean some can get away with moving a child away and not letting the man see his kid but yet he's paying CS. That's some $!*# right there.

I would turn him in. You'll have to do a paternity test if you haven't already. He should do his fair share and doing nothing is not fair. If you can't get him to pay go to court. CS will do it for you in some states and cases. That's a good place to start because they know what laws and papers you need. I wouldn't let him get away with that. Good luck to you.

My friend said it best: you gotta pay if you wanna play. He got you pregnant. It's not your job to support that child for her entire life alone. If he's not doing what he is supposed to do, then he is BREAKING THE LAW! If it's something that you guys hashed out yourself, then you're out of luck, basically... for now. My daughter's dad and I had an "agreement" for support. He paid it whenever he wanted to..... was irresponsible and spent his cash on drinking and fudging around and what not. I got sick of it and sued his butt for support. In Kansas, they garnish your wages so that you have no choice but to pay because he won't even see it. I would definately report it to your case worker.... let him know that you mean business! He can't be a dad when it's convenient for him..... can you be a mom whenever you feel like it? Nope, didn't think so.

Good luck!

It's about the good of the child, turn him in, and why are you with a dead beat dad anyway? It's a waste of time to be with him. Why would he do any different with your kid? I'm not sure if your saying he's the father of your kid or someone else's. Hopefully you don't have a baby by him. Smarten up before its to late. If so again why are you allowing him to have his cake and eat it too? His daughter is the one missing out.

Turn him in. Your child is the one suffering for it. If he's not paying now, most likely he won't ever do it on his own. He will need someone to force him to pay. Good luck and God bless!

I am assuming a child support order is in place already? If so-child support should already know that he isn't paying, maybe call them and bring it to their attention? If no child support is ordered--please get that done ASAP.

You should try to talk to him first about it, and let him know that if he's not going to pay you have no other choice but to go to court about it! Good luck to you
