Pregnancy & Parenting - 21 September 2006

I am 21 weeks pregnant and i've noticed that my baby doesn't move as much in the day and I get worried. She moves mostly in the late evening or when I am about to sleep at night. She's not as active as she used to be in the morning after I eat. Is this normal? Can there be something wrong with my baby?

i started taking birth control pills, and i have been gaining alot of weight since i took them...
i started them 2 weeks ago.....could this be ok?

Well I am 13 and in 8th grade..and i'm not very like confident in myself. I don't have a lot of friends...and i'm really shy. I'm the type of person where if you ask like everybody in my grade (exept my few friends) who I was...they would proabably say who?!?!?! How do I get noticed by people? I always think that I am too ugly and stuff like that so, that's why I am soo scared to like stand out. So, what can I do to help me with making new friends and standing out?

I'm a father of a 1yr old boy and a 3yr old girl. Where should I take them to the bathroom if no family restroom is available. The girl is potty trained I need to take her to a toilet. Men's or Women's?

Many times, public men's rooms don't have changing tables so I end up changing the boy in the trunk of my car. If I'm with my wife, she's stuck taking the girl to the bathroom and changing the boy. Good for me, bad for the wife (which makes it bad for me )

my huby brothers birthday is on saturday. he has a girlfreind thats birthday is on saturday too, so there going to go out to celebrate, she has a ton of sluts freind that i know will all be there! and i cant stand them, i dont want them to be around my man for the simple fact, that my mans brother on fourth of july took him to vegas, anfd guess whta about a month later i ranned across pictures of those girls with them in vegas all over him, i was pissed cauz he did not tell me that they were there! neways, todayhis brother told me youre going to let him go with me right and i said i dont care its up to him! i just dont want him to go! i dont want him to be around those hoes! by the way im 34 weeks preg, and we have 2 year old!

i need some creative ideas for twin girls, they have been little bo peeps sheep, thing 1 & thing 2 from Dr. Suess and Carebears. I wanted to do the Angel and Devil but neither one wants to be the Devil so thats out. I would also prefer to make it myself. Any ideas?

The past few days I have been so itchy! It's everywhere too. My arms are the worst, and my thighs too! I have like a rash from scratching. I called my dr and they suggested switching laundry detergent and bath soaps, plus take benadryl,and use aveeno oatmeal bath for 24 hrs and see if that helps. Has anyone else had this problem? What could it be?

I have to worst cold in all my life... I'm 23 weeks pregnant. I have been sick 3 times now since I concevied. Is this bad? I take vitamins. Every time I get sick it feels worse. I have no energy.

i had sex after midnight on the 15th and he came inside of me. i ovulated yesterday, and i believe that im still fertile today. im on a 26 -28 day cycle. i had sex last night, 2x but he pulled out. 2 days ago, he pulled out, but while he pulled out he was already ejaculating. since the 16 i've had lots of sex basically. anyway. i've been trying for 4 months already.. do u guys think my chances increase with each month that goes by??

the cough is only occasional, and i had her to the doctor about 3 weeks, and they listened to her lungs and such and she was fine..but she still has the runny nose, and because of it, occasionaly the congested wet cough...anyone else had this...allergies or something else? She is my youngest of 3, and for the life of me i can't remember if the other 2 ever had the same problem.

Ok, my last period was on AUG20th... I am 3 days late, in the last couple weeks i've been having heartburn, nausea, headaches, dizziness, and then today i started to get extremly soar boobs and more frequent urination. Yet when i test i get negatives.

Chronic or acute? I was breastfed, and I had bordeline hypertension until I went on a sans-junk diet and on a extreme whole foods and heatlh kick. I also have problems concentrating, but have not been diagnosed with ADD. I had an intestinal virus twice since I've been here on Earth, as well about 10-15 colds, never had the flu, but I have also been plagued by miscellaneous maladies as a child like chickenpox, ringworm, and sinus infections...oh, yeah, and one nasty ear infection as a baby. I am now 26 years old. My mom breastfed me just under a year.

In my sons school he is in the afternoon Kindergarden class. They don't provide a lunch/snack for the kids. So far he has been given junk like cupcakes which bugs me because I try not to give them to much suger and snacks. Well unlike the other parents I want to give them a healthy, but yummy snack. They appear to be a bit rushed, and I believe it has to be something fairly simple, and not to much of a mess. Can anyone help.

A co-worker recently had a baby and I went to go visit. I was chatting with her and her husband and the baby got hungry so she began to breastfeed, which was cool. After the baby got enuf, she put the baby down for a nap and HER HUSBAND BEGAN TO NURSE!!! RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!! I asked what the f*uck was going on and she played it off like "he always does this". I made an excuse and left but that really bothers me. Is that some kind of weird fetish? I mean I've heard of men getting jealous during breastfeedings but not to this extreme. They also have a 4 yr old that walked in, but it didn't seem to bother him. I think its child abuse for him to see that and want to tell the authorties. What do you guys think?

Okay , i have a 3 year old and 21 month old (both girls), i understand the screaming if they are playing outside chasing one another as long as they are playing nice, but i can't handle them running through the house sreaming on the top of their lungs anymore. I have spanked them, popped them in the mouth(only with my first 2 fingers and not hard), and stood them in the corners, and sat them in time out and they just keep on doing it. My sister in law alows her two boys to scream all the time and never gets on to them, but i can't handle it. I hate to spank my kids or pop them in the mouth or anything like that but my kids get disipline anytime they miss behave.When we are in a public place i don't leave because they are screaming i take them to the restroom and spank them everytime they start the screaming. Can someone give me some advice on what else i can do? Or is there someone that has or is going through this. I am a stay at home mom but i can't handle the screaming any longer.

I am 36 weeks preggers and am in desperate need of dying my hair. You know how you just feel ugly and want a change? Well, I really want to dye my hair. It is Superior Preference by Loreal. It's Level 3 Permanent color - Medium Brown. Is it o.k. to do it even though I am pregnant? I have a mask that I can wear. I thought I read somewhere that pregnant women shouldn't dye their hair. But I also thought that I read it was not good for the 1st trimester. How about now?
