at 4 months i took the quad test and results came back negative, which was great i then had a level 2 ultrasound and they saw a spot (shadow i was told) and my doc isnt too concerned she said if i was older like 35 (im 27) she would be concerned about down syndrome, but since im not and the quad test came back negative, she's not...but they will do another ultra sound in the 3rd trimester....is this normal? should i be concerned? why would she be more concerned if i was older?

Me nd my b/f had sex the day after my period.My period normally lasts 3-4 days. we didnt use protection nd he came in me. Um well, one of my best friends happend to be a guy. I've always thought that he was sooooo cute, but up until now it was like "little brother cute" but now it is like wow he is really hot! Well when we were about 15 we were up late at my house and we had one of the little nose grazes and almost kissed but then my mom came in and said he had to go home. NOw that we are 17 we accidently kissed a week ago. I think I might be in love, but what if he just wants to be friends?? I need serious help...is this terrible????

Well im on b/c pills and have been on them for about three months now...around the middle of last month i forgot to take one of my pills and took it until the next day...and i had sex with my boyfriend that night also...and for some reason lately ive been making this wierd assumption that im pregnant...ive had an extreme loss of appetite and i also bled without reason when i started my new pack this month...can you give me your opinion on this and feel free to ask me any more questions ill be here to answer them(regarding my question)thanks

My brother in law's baby doesn't seem happy. My mother in law tells me that they don't talk to him or spend quality time playing with the baby. They think they're job is to feed him and put him to sleep. I feel bad for the baby!! What will his future be like if this continues?

2 days ago I went to the doctor and realized that I have a UTI. The doctor said that a missed period could be caused by the UTI. I have always had a 28 day cycle, and I have never had sex. On the 14th day of my cycle (when I should have ovulated) my boyfriend and I were fooling around, and we had our underclothes on but no pants. I know, that was one of the most stupid decisions I have ever made in my life, and trust me, any other time I am in that situation I will use a condom, but I can't take it back. When I was at the doctor, she asked me if I was sexually active and I said no. Then she took a urine culture and I was diagnosed. I was just wondering if the doctors would have checked for pregnancy with the urine sample along with other things? I know that there is still a chance of me being pregnant, but could the UTI have delayed my period this long? I was supposed to get it July 4th and still no sign.

Our son is two and a half. He throws, draws, and eats with either hand equally as well. His mom bought a toddler ball glove for him that is left handed because he throws with his left hand, but he also uses his right hand so I'm not sure. Both her and I are right handed. I hate to teach him to throw left handed if he's really a righty and vice-versa. Is there a sure way to know?- maybe time well tell?
