have your doctors check for Celiac Disease... he might have allergies to gluten... "A digestive condition triggered by consumption of the protein gluten, which is found in certain foods including wheat, barley and rye. Also called celiac sprue, gluten intolerance and nontropical sprue."

Check too for Lactose Intolerance... even if you haven't had an issue with it before, he may have developed it recently...

Quite common. Try cutting the quantity of cereal you mix into the formula back by 1/2 and then incorporating more as he becomes more tolerant. If it continues, discuss this with the pediatrician.

Give him cereal but not in the bottle. Get a spoon and put it in his mouth if he spits it out with out swallowing then try again in a few days. Keep in mind though that most Peds. recommend giving cereal at 5 months.

He's only 4 months old...he can't digest cereal at that age. Start feeding it to him around 6+ months

Four months may be just a little young. But since you've already started try introducing one kind at a time. Talk to your pediatrician you may have to try another kind or back off until 6 months old

What kind of milk are you giving him? If it's cows milk try using formula.
